I would love to share my experience about the Car Factory with everybody. I purchased a 2004 Cadillac Deville from Joe and Janice Carson. Im sad to say that they were hard to deal with right from the start. I should have trusted my gut feeling and not trusted theese people. We have had several problems with the vehicle and contacted them well within the thirty day warentee and they will not help me. The vehicle has bad rear air shocks and a bad front strut plate. I called them and tried to talk with them and they will not repiar the vehicle. When I questioned Janice about the shocks she said that her mechanic told her they were leaking before I picked up the vehicle. The Car Factory proceeded to sell me the vehicle knowing that it had safety issues with out disclosing them to me.Now it is going to coast me over a thousand dollars to repair the vehicle.. PEOPLE BEWARE THEESE PEOPLE ARE DISHONEST AND WILL TAKE YOU FOR A RIDE IF YOU LET THEM!!! PLEASE DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I DID!!

Not recommended. I was looking at a 12 year old car with 108K mile on it. They let me take it to my mechanic to have it review and we found many problems. When I put an offer on the table they would not even start to negotiate and frankly very rude and felt insulted I did not want to pay full blue book value on a car that wasnt even close to blue book conditions. When I stated the car was 12 years old and it was only a matter of time until a major problem occurred (engine, transmissions) they responded with buy a $1400 warranty. They fact they did not even want to TRY and make a deal was enough for me to walk out of the place. When I said thank you for your time, they didnt even want to look me in the eye or shake my hand. Very poor web site as well.
