I leased an Audi Q5 yesterday from Flow. The experience was beyond awesome, from the first moment sales consultant Hunter Mcdaniel greeted me at the door, to the moment I took delivery of the car and drove off. Ive never had such a pleasurable experience buying a car before. Hunter was super knowledgeable about the car and very helpful on my test drive, and as I made my buying decision. When it came time for business and paperwork, they made me a great offer, and showed me, using 3rd party resources online, how and why the offer was a good and fair one. They then customized my lease, based on the low miles I put on cars, to get me the lowest possible monthly payments. Josh Marks, the Business Manager, was awesome too, as we handled all the paperwork. Total transparency and honesty start to finish, no pressure, no games. Everyone at the dealership, and I mean everyone, was friendly, kind, and caring, all the way up to the General Manager, who introduced himself and chatted with me at the end. Hunter was then awesome again as he showed me all the features of the car and how to customize everything to my unique wants and needs. After the sale was completed, going way beyond the call of duty, they even helped me return my previous car to another dealership, so I could turn it in at end of lease. All I can saw is "WOW!" and "Thank you Hunter and the Flow team, for being such a shining example of business done right." Im also loving the car and having a blast with it. :)

Hunter McDaniel and the rest of his associates helped find me a special Golf model that was in very short supply! I was very stressed trying to find a quality car to replace my ending lease (I loved my old car so much), and test-drove several competing models from other brands. None compared to the quality and value of the Golf. Additionally, the lease terms at Flow were pretty fair, I thought -- more competitive than what Id been offered at other dealerships, and for a MUCH better car, to boot. Im very happy I brought my business to Flow and deeply appreciate Hunters efforts to get me the particular Golf I wanted. I expect to be a repeat customer!

I worked with the sales consultant Norman Daniel. I absolutely loved the experience I had at Flow. I was able to walk in and tell Norman exactly what I wanted to pay for a new car. He has been so helpful in my first car buying process. Even after the car buying process, he remains readily available for questions. It was a true pleasure working with him. If you are planning or even thinking about getting a new car I recommend going to see Norman. He is awesome!
