Nothing but issues with my car since i boought it( 7 months ago now, 3 of 4 wheel bearings, FR ball joint, melted wires, rim, rear speakers, tires).Purchased an 08 ridgeling from them in 2015 did great with that, traded it in for a 14 fusion titanium in july 2016 and did great with the trade in and everything. But as i was driving home noticed music was only coming from the front speakers and a growling noice coming from the front end. Took it to a shop was told front wheel bearings were shot and front right ball joint. Called pellegrino and set ip a time to have them fixed. Took it up a few days later they replaced the rear speakers(got grease on my ceiling and didnt even bother to clean it, was stained when i bought so i spent 2 hrs shampooing it) and balljoint but told me my wheel bearings were fine and the noise js because my tires werent michellin (never heard of that and i went to school for automotive) so took it to another shop they confirmed wheel bearing wrte shot. Called pellegrino they said get another shops opinion. That shop told me theres no play on the bearings and its possible noise is from the tires due to 2 of them being shot ( only a month after buying). Couple days later went to the store, and when went back to the car to leave i had 4 light on and no power steering. Called pellegrino again 5hey said take it to ford dealership. Come to find out 3 wires melted to my exhaust, also had them check wheel bearings while it was in there. Front left was bad, so they replaced it under manuf warranty. Still had the noise so bought new tires because they were shot anyway with my own money (pellegrino did replace 2 when i first bought because they wouldnt pass inspect). So for the mext few months i was at the local ford shop every other habing them look for the growling noise. Replaced 3 pf 4 wheel bearings and found out a rim is bent ( when bought the car all rims were curb checked bad to begin with) so today they finally got a new rim on it. They have worked with me ln getting things fixed but the car shouldve been gone throuvh before it was put on the lot for sale. We did do all the paper work in one day but i dont see that as an excuse. Car only had 52k at purchase and now only 60k. Way to many issues since i purchased. Wont be returning

I just purchased another used car (2 weeks ago) from Pellegrino Auto Sales and I am very happy with the vehicle which is a 5 year old Honda Civic. The car is in great condition and runs very well, Pellegrinos prepped the car wonderfully. I have dealt with Joe, Guy and Jeremy over the years and found them all to be great guys willing to work with you in price, "to-do lists", delivery times and making the paper work a breeze including financing, plates, registration etc. Pellegrino seems always to have the type of car I am looking for and at the time I want it! I always look around locally and on line too when in need of a car, yet they always seem to have the best deals. In the last 7 years I have bought this Honda Civic, Toyota Corolla, Chrysler Sebring & Sebring convertible (for me or my family) all have been and still are great values! I did have an recent disappointing "quality of work" on the most recent car but the service manager worked with me to resolve the issue. Pellegrinos understands that customer service is Vidal for their business survival, they seem to want to provide me with what I like, just good, honest and fair deals. Todays used cars are more dependable and are more cost effective than a new or leased car, yet given any used car, problems do occur and I have found Pellegrinos to care that I am satisfied and do their best keep me satisfied even after the deal. Also I have found that they are not pushy sales people, they let me look around there lot on my own, test drive the cars I wanted to and interfaced with me when I was ready. Just the way I like it.

We decided to head to pelegrino due to the excellent reviews and a good price on the vehicle we wanted. We were unfortunately stuck with services and fees we did not want or need. Bringing the total of the purchase above our price point. I do not feel Jeremy was honest in his sales approach, not was he honest with the repairs promised to be performed before pick up. The vehicle needed a replacement wheel bearing and a replacement door hinge. These issues were not addressed or even considered when I mentioned them and were only discovered when the vehicle was returned for another replacement part they said it needed (a center drive shaft, I believe it was beginning to fail. They were right in replacing it) so the vehicle stayed over night for a hinge and a new wheel bearing/ hub assembly. No big deal really. However the repair done was very unsafe. The hub was left totally loose! Causing one of the tires to wear excessively on the inside edge. While driving the vehicle you could not notice a problem because the wheel alignment was adjusted to compensate for the misaligned wheel. The tire was ruined and I had to have the alignment redone and corrected (I live an hour from Batavia) $300 for the REAL 4wheel alignment and I will need 4 new run flat tires come summer (awd vehicles need matching diameter tires). At $180 each I may be out another $900-1000 when I out the summer tires back on. Guy Pelegrino dealt with me kindly but not fairly. I was sent a check for $200 to compensate for the one ruined tire. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!

I rate Pellegrino Auto Sales 5 stars based on my recent, first purchase with them: a 2011 Nissan Xterra Pro 4x. I suddenly had to buy a new car right before Christmas after hitting a deer and totaling my previous car. Wanted an Xterra but was struggling to find one within my home state that was a fair price and that had the right trim. Found one at Pellegrino that was exactly the price I hoped to pay and that had all the specs I wanted. I spoke with Jeremy a bit by phone to arrange the purchase, and I asked him to knock a couple hundred off the price to pay for a rental car for my day trip to NY. Jeremy did that, which I appreciated. When I arrived at Pellegrino, everything was ready to go. I met with Melissa and Guy who processed my paperwork, downpayment and bank draft. Both were very friendly and efficient. My mom made the trip with me, and upon meeting Guy, she said that she believed he was genuine and honest. That sold me... gotta trust your momma. The purchase only took about an hour. Guy was patient as I took my time reviewing the paperwork. I was happy with the car when I inspected it. It was very clean and was ready for the trip home with a full tank and recent oil change. Upon my return home, the car passed state inspection and has been running great since. Very happy with my new car, my fun road trip with mom, and my stress-free experience with the Pellegrino team. Thank you.
