We needed a new car within a week after someone hit my old one. I wasnt expecting to buy a Kia, but I figured Id go in with an open mind, just to see what they had. Craig S. ended up showing me around, and pointed me in the direction of the Kia Soul when I told him the kind of thing we were looking for. Craig took me on a test drive, answering any questions I had, but otherwise avoiding the usual litany of reasons I should buy from his dealership. It was refreshing to be able to drive the car and chat pleasantly without the kind of high-pressure tactics of the other dealerships in town. After taking test drives all over town, doing some research on Kia at home, and and weighing our options, my wife and I went back for another test drive. We ended up buying the Kia Soul, and couldnt be happier both with the service, and with the car itself. Highly recommended.

I just purchased a Kia Soul from Price Kia. What an unreal experience. Forget everything youve ever heard about car dealers these folks are amazing. The sales person and finance person I dealt with (Rob and Justin) were unbelievely kind, efficient and honest but as far as I could tell every single person I dealt with there was great. They got me the car I wanted at a fantastic price, were extremely helpful in every way and are true to their word. You can buy a car anywhere, but these folks were so nice that I would have purchased from them if they were selling Yugos. I guess I can sum it up by my wifes words when we got home: "This is the way buying a car should be!". We are really lucky to have a dealer of this caliber in Charlottesville.

One of the best car buying experiences I have had in 50+ years of car buying. Before going to Price Kia, I negotiated at length with Steven Kia and OBaugh Kia and left with ridiculous offers and a sense of mistrust. I drove a few extra miles to Price and their first offer was much better than I could get at the other dealers and absolutely no deception or gimmicks. I worked with Josh, Justin and Dan and was totally blown away by their honesty and willingness to accommodate my needs. Its gratifying to know that there are still some dealers with integrity left out there. If my new Kia lives up to my expectations, Price Kia will have my repeat business. Thank you, Price, for restoring my trust in new car dealers.

I purchased a car in May of this year and I have nothing but great things to say! First off my experience with purchasing my own car for the first time was great! I was given a lot of information about the car. I have loved my Kia Forte and am so happy with my choice. Now Price Kia doesnt just stop at the purchase. I have heard from and been in contact with my sales rep, Josh Marks, since May! He is wonderful and any questions I have had he helps me within 15 mins of my email. If you go to Price Kia in Charlottesville ask for Josh Marks!! Customer service is something I really look for and I made an excellent choice with Price Kia! Me and my hubby stopped in today on a last minute decision to trade in our old kia for a new one.....service was the best hands down! Everything went smoothly there was no run around and our sales guy Dennis Barbieri was wonderful....described what every thing on the car was for how every button worked....if I had a 10 star option he would get it! They even pointed out that the new car had two scratches on it and they would fix it....lets face it some car lots wouldnt of said a word about seeing that...we were very happy customers today :)

I have recently traded in my used Kia for a new one and I highly recommend working with Bill in sales and Dan in Finance at Price Kia. These two go out of their way to help you get into a new car. Everyone at this location treats me like a princess. From the receptionist to the service department...they even remember your name. You will save yourself money and definitely get better treatment then many of the pricier dealerships in town.

Maybe other people have had better luck buying a new car at this location, but I recently visited to see a few cars I saw on their website under $10k. NONE of the vehicles on the lot had price tags in their windows, so we had to find a salesperson. We were told that nothing on the lot was under $10k and he tried to direct us to other cars. He was nice, but either he was lying or the website is dead wrong.

I wasted time, money and effort by driving to Richmond to see a Kia. The service I got from Paige Garrison at Price Kia was superior. She knew her stuff and made buying a car an enjoyable experience. She was fair in her negotiations and I never felt like I was being jerked around. I was treated with respect and professionalism by everyone there. I love my new 2013 Kia Sorento! Thanks, Paige!

Fixed my Kia after 6 months of having it in and out of other shops trying to figure out what was wrong. We had a coupon and forgot to bring it and they offered us a free oil change for the difference. I will be taking my car to be serviced at Kia from now on!
