By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. We found a car on their website that we liked and had planned on driving up that weekend to see it. We called to see if they would hold the car till we were able to get up there that weekend, and they did us one better. The sales manager happened to be traveling to Chapel Hill the next day so he offered to drive the car down so we could inspect it. Their price on the car was great (below market value even) and there was no high stakes negotiations needed. They worked very efficiently with our lender to setup all the necessary paperwork and even saved me a trip to the DMV. I had to drive a rental car to pick up the vehicle, and they even sent someone to pick me up at the rental car agency. Once at the lot the paperwork was done in about 10 minutes and I left with a full tank of gas (something you think all car lots would do right?). I cannot say enough about how well run this place is, and the customer service is better than I have ever gotten at even high-end dealers.

Our experience at Millner Motors in Charlottesville was excellent. Our sales associate, Jeff Whitford, was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He made our buying experience worry-free. Once we picked out our van (a Toyota Sienna), the process to complete the purchase was organized and fast. It was also very straightforward and easy to understand (unlike some other dealerships Ive had to deal with). Weve owned the van for 3 1/2 years now and its been a perfect vehicle for our family.
