ADDED SOME NEW PHOTOS; APPARENTLY JACK EVANS HAS BEEN TALKING ABOUT ME TO OTHER DEALERSHIPS.. YOU FIXED MY TRUCK WHEN NO ONE ELSE WOULD??? Explain what you mean by that.. because I could have taken my truck to any dealership. It was recommended by YOUR dealership that it get fixed there because thats where it was purchased. And yes this post is an absolute reversal of my original post; my original post showed how nice your sales lady was and still is. I left that post the week I purchased the vehicle before it burst into flames in my driveway. Youre the back-stabber here; trying to make me look like a fool with your remarks. How dare you. When is Hack Evans going to fork up some money to pay for my inconveniences. You gladly took my $25,000 down payment. Then treat me like garbage. I have a lot more Id love to share with you. I also screenshot your original reply to this post; which is also a complete reversal on your part. Nice try guys. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I PURCHASED A VEHICLE FROM HERE IN NOVEMBER OF 2016 AND IN DECEMBER OF 2016 THE ENGINE CAUGHT FIRE. NEITHER THIS DEALERSHIP NOR GM NOR ROCKY RIDGE TOOK LIABILITY FOR THE VEHICLE FIRE. NONE OF THEM HAVE PAID A SINGLE PENNY TO ME OR MY INSURANCE COMPANY FOR THIS $64,000 TRUCK. SEE PHOTOS BELOW OF A BURNED UP TRUCK WITH ONLY 7,000 MILES ON IT. THE DEALERSHIP GAVE ME A RENTAL FOR FIFTEEN DAYS EVEN THOUGH IT TOOK FOUR MONTHS TO FIX. AND TO MAKE THIS EVEN BETTER YESTERDAY JULY 11th 2017 I HAVE COMPLETELY LOST POWER STEERING I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER MY TRUCK AND IT NEEDS TO BE TOWED IN TO BE REPAIRED AND I WAS NOT OFFERED A RENTAL AT NO COST EITHER. WHEN I PURCHASED THIS TRUCK I WAS TOLD BY THE DEALERSHIP THAT BECAUSE IT IS A SPECIAL EDITION THAT ITS BEST IT GETS SERVICED THERE AT JACK EVANS. Ive decided not to take it back to this dealership. Ive contacted the BBB about both this dealership and GM. FUNNY HOW THINGS WORK OUT.. I wish I could reply to your comments without having to change this posting; you ABSOLUTELY DID NOT CONTACT GM, I DID. I ALSO INITIATED CONTACT WITH ROCKY RIDGE. PLEASE DO NOT LIE TO MAKE YOURSELF LOOK GOOD HERE.

I would like to thank everyone at Jack Evans Chevrolet on the Purchase my 2011 Silverado on 01/29/2016. Let me start with Tasha my sale person. Great hearted person to deal with. She was friendly and courteous, She talk to me about the sales service and brought the truck over under the canopy so I could like at it at night. She went over things about the truck I didn’t know and answered all my question in a friendly manner. Chris Dooley and I took my vehicle 1997 Chevy S-10 for the appraisals test drive. Chris was friendly and ask the right question about my truck. He also answered my questions in a friendly manner. John Evan, I would like to thank for letting me take the truck for a 24 hr. test drive. Thanks to John and Chris for honoring my veteran services. That meant a lot to me. The 24 hr. test drive sold the truck. After I returned the truck on Saturday and meant with Chris, I spoke with him about a couple of thing on the truck. He took care of everything I found and I was happy with the service. There was the other Chris in Finance, I will like to thank him for his friendly service and John again to. John came in as Chris and I was finishing up on the paper work. My hats off to all at Jack Evan Chevrolet. They will have my business in the future. P.S. I took my 2000 Chevy Impala to Jack Evans Service Department. They recommended servicing my transmission. I had checked the oil before and noticed it was clear and red in color. They said the transmission was good, it had no error codes and tested fine. They recommended I flush the transmission because the oil was brown, which I thought was strange. I picked up the car and it was hard shifting as well as slipping on every gear in town. It did not have this issue before I brought in to the dealership. They told me after bringing the car back it was still fine it had no issues or error codes. They wanted me to come and have a test drive with the internet manager. We drove the car and experienced the same issues. They ran the codes again and found error code history, so they had lied to me, this proved there were errors all along regardless of the claims that there was nothing wrong with my impala. After Jack Evens "serviced" my transmission and I was unhappy with results, I did further research and found from other dealerships that this procedure is dangerous to a transmission. When confronted about this, the service manager admitted this is true, and they could have harmed my car. Regardless of knowing this Jack Evans is unwilling to rectify the situation. I am very displeased with their dishonesty and false advertisement.

Initially I thought this was a great dealership as they claimed to be upfront and transparent about pricing....that was until you start trying to deal. We are eligible for the GMS discount for GM retirees and family. When that was mentioned, they kept claiming that there deal was better but couldnt explain why. When we ask for a itemized list showing the difference, we never received a quote that showed the GMS discount. Instead, they just kept saying it would cost us more or that the truck was not eligible despite us having a print out from GM showing where they said the dealership was started pricing at. This was even despite being able to see that the price GM gave had the exact same VIN number. After 3 days of trying to make it work, we stopped in at Kern Motor Company in Winchester and were able to purchase a new Sierra with better options at a lower price because they honored the price from GM and still gave us all other discounts. They also had us approved and ready to go in 30 minutes. After that, I will never go back to Jack Evans...Kern Motors will have our GM business from now on!

Overwhelmed initially by the idea of buying a new vehicle, we searched online to find the exact match for the 2015 Chevy Tahoe we wanted. Once we found it, we contacted Jack Evans via the website and were put in contact with Lauren Miller. From beginning to end, Lauren made sure our experience was convenient (making herself available on Sunday), less stressful (did not push and made sure to get back to us immediately on all inquiries), and pleasurable (put up with our quirkiness and had a few laughs along the way). Every specific detail was addressed and readdressed (with professionalism) exceeding our expectations and done in fast order. She appreciated our concerns and addressed every one and went out of her way to make sure we were happy with every aspect of our experiences with the dealership. Her knowledge pertaining to the features of the new 2015 model was undeniable and made us even more comfortable with choosing this particular vehicle. Cannot say enough about the staff here at Jack Evans and Lauren Miller stands out among them all (of course, we are a little partial)!
