I would like to warn everyone about Hollingsworth auto here in Wake Forest. The owner/dad is extremely rude to customers. He gave me the run around and a ton of excuses when I asked repeatedly for the car fax on one of the cars. Excuse after excuse after excuse. This was after speaking to the son earlier in the week, both over the phone and in person when I went to look at the car. I had informed the son, who took my name and number, that I wanted the car fax. He supposedly told his dad that I wanted the car fax and was supposed to be getting it. I stopped by later in the week and the daughter answered the door. She was very rude and had no idea what I was talking about. Had to speak to her dad. Well we spoke to her dad/the owner and that is when he gave me a stream of excuses on why he didnt have the car fax. He claimed that he did not have my name and number, so I gave it again. I was then told he would call me when they got the car fax. I called a few days later only to be told that they sold the car that they knew I was interested in. They did not bother to give me a courtesy call and inform me that someone else was interested or that they sold it. He didnt offer much on an apology when I called. This is bad practice! Bad business! The fact that he was giving me a run around and practically refused to get the car fax sends up a big red flag. Add in how rude he and his daughter were, and thats even more of a red flag. I do not know how this dealership has a good reputation. This is not okay. Watch your back with them. If this is how I was treated, I can only imagine how they treat other potential customers. Or how they treat people once they start the process of actually purchasing a car.

Visited 3 times last year(mid 2015) to look at a few cars I had seen online, the 1st time there was no sales person there but the kid washing the cars was very helpful and did his best to answer all my questions. If I remember correctly I think he said he was the owners son maybe? That was a pretty good experience, the guy seemed to really care. The next time I walked into the office to find a sales person because no one came out to see if we needed help. They were having lunch and showed literally no interest in the idea of talking to a customer at all. No one looked up to say hello or acknowledged me until I said something. The 3rd time I went in because I was very interested in a Jeep I saw online; so I go into the office and once again theres a bunch of guys sitting around, no hello or anything. I asked where on the lot I could find the Jeep Cherokee I saw online because I didnt see it(the lot only holds 20-25 cars so I figured they must have it in the back for some reason), one guy told me its in the very front row on the road, keep in mind he didnt care to walk me to it or even get out of his chair... Heres the kicker: there was not a Jeep Cherokee where he said, not a single one on display anywhere on the lot. Take your business elsewhere, they obviously dont want it.

Im giving a warning when I went to this place I found 2 cars I liked a Chevy 2011 and a ford 2010. The employees were nice but the first car I tried it did not crank. The man stated that the problem was it needed a new battery. The second car I tried to crank did not crank at all also and the car key got stuck and would not come out. I was skeptical about those cars I think they been sitting out for a very long time. Also another customer that was viewing and car I heard her say the car was doing some kind ticking sound, but the man told her it was fine they could fix it and was still talking about a down payment. The cars are not worth you time trust me stay away!! Your money will be wasted. And this was a real experience!!!

When I bought my Ford Sport Trac from here I was NOT expecting such a reliable vehicle for the price I paid. I have not had any issues with my used truck except the cruise control quit working. Motor wise i am exceptionally happy!! Guy was fantastic in working with me and I wouldnt hesitate to buy another vehicle from him.
