I saw unsold 2008 Lexus ES350 on ebay, contacted Gabi with an offer and he agreed. I checked carfax - it was clean. I called 10 times to them and asked if the car was ever painted or had any bodywork done. They did walk through over the phone. I asked to check specific points as every dealer knows them. They said everything is good. I told them if the car was repainted I will not buy it - please, dont waste my trip. They said everything is good. I took a day off from work, and I drove 4 hours to them from Pittsburgh, PA with my wife. And you know what? The car was 75% repainted. The only part that was not painted was right side... Not only that, but it was done very poorly, not by any insurance standards. The roof had over spray all over rubber moldings, trunk lid had paint leaks, hood was done poorly too, all left side was repainted, drivers door was replaced, drivers door handle half way broken, one molding on the door semidetached, etc... I wasted a day and drove 500 miles. $100 in gas and tall roads down the drain. Thank you very much - this is the best Thursday Ive ever spent! Conclusion: dont trust a word they say!!! Stay Away!

Bought a car there on a saturday. Seemed like an ok place. The battery was dead when we were looking at the car. (was told they left the lights on) I didnt think much of it. Had it tested at advanced and was told it just needed charged. Then the next day it wouldnt start again. Got a new battery, and again the next day it wouldnt start. Figured out that it was the GEM module. Called Tuesday once I figured out what it was and was told they would help. Said he wanted to talk with his mechanic and he would get back to me. Never happened!!!! Being that I live 4 hrs away I ended up just fixing it myself. $300 dollars later. Have had the car for 12 days and still have not recieved the title. Called and was told it wasnt even sent out yet! I was told by the salesman that it would go out the monday after I bought it.(They owned the car so they had the title.) To top it off now it is having other issues. Never again.......

Bought the Jeep Commander Limited there 4/12/2014, Everyone there was friendly and didnt push me into something I couldnt afford just to get that commission, We told them we wanted to be in the 300-350 monthly payment range and the Jeep wouldnt get there so instead of saying, "Oh you can afford it" they suggested a cheaper but still nice vehicle.. We also didnt have the full down payment but they helped us out with that as well with splitting the rest up through payments and giving you time to actually come up with the rest of the down payment.. They really help you in anyway they can and our new family car runs great, just a couple minor things with the air vents that is wrong but thats something I knew and seen before buying it.. Thanks again guys at MotorMaxx for helping us out in a pinch.. Much Appreciated..

Came to this dealership from a recommendation from a co worker. Said they approved him with credit issues and nobody else could. Thats the main reason I went there. I am happy I did because I got a better car then I expected with a lower payment then I expected. The car was good with no issues, only thing I wanted was an extra key but they only had one key for the car. I ended up ordering one online like the recommended and it saved me money. Not pushy at all when It comes to buying from them, I actually drove 5 cars before picking one and they did not seem like it was a big deal. So I bought a car from this dealership and was pretty surprised about how legitimate they were. I bought 2 other used cars from big franchise dealerships and to be honest I had a better experience with these guys. I actually visit both stores and ended up buying one from there Warrenton location. They gave me a warranty on the car for 30 days, which was shocking. Customer service was good and so was there salesman. There finance manager was extremely helpful and got me approved with a pretty good rate. Lot is pretty tight so parking was tough.

Veey nice until you realize u got a lemon!! Then come to find out Motor maxx is a sign and they have alias and several judgements! Please do tour research or go to courthouse and see all the judgements. U should be graded when things arent good. They get a F. Car wouldnt pass inspection emmisions and a bad motor after 1 wk. Warrantt means nothing!!!

Went to get a car there, and Gabby kept trying to tell me what car I wanted. Spent 7 hrs. there and left without a car, because by the time they went and and got lunch, ignored me when the pretty blond came in, and ignored me when someone came in with cash to buy a car, all the banks were closed, and I was told I would have to wait till monday.

Ive had past bad dealership expiernces where basically I drove off with a DUD! but this place is EXCELLENT! Excellent costumer service, great people. I told them my price range and how much I wanted as a monthly payment and sure enough drove off that night with a vehicle. I am very pleased. I will recommend this place to anyone.
