I went to Leith Lincoln at 5601 Capital Blvd Raleigh, NC 27616 this evening. I have a 2011 Ford Mustang that I was hoping to trade for a 2012 GMC Sierra 1500 truck. I met with David, who was very pleasant. We took a test drive and he asked me how much I wanted for my Mustang. I gave him a price and he said that he would fight for me to get that. He also told me that Mustangs are very desirable cars and that his dealership wanted my Mustang. He also told me that it was the end of the month and that he should be able to lower the price of the GMC Sierra. Once we got back to the dealer, David took my car for a drive to provide an estimate for my trade in. He said that my car was physically and mechanically in great condition. He sounded confident that he would be able to offer me a good price for my trade-in. Then David spoke to John, the general manager. The story changed dramatically. David told me that my car would be hard to sell since Mustangs are a dime a dozen and since it was a manual transmission it would be even harder. They offered me a dollar amount that was in the "fair condition" range and about $6000 less than what my car should have been valued at. He said that the carfax report showed that my vehicle had been in an accident a month ago, which was news to me. I asked why that mattered and he said that they would not be able to sell the Mustang for the full amount and might have to take it to a wholesale auction. I feel that I was lied to and led on so that they could get me to finance more through their lenders. Your experience may vary, but this is my end to doing business with Leith.

I just purchased a 2016 Lincoln MKC and had an excellent experience at the dealership. The whole team was very professional and attentive to my needs. The Salesman, Henry Collazo was one of the best salesman I have ever dealt with (buying new cars for 28+ years) and would highly recommend you visiting Henry if you are interested in a Lincoln from Leith. I did my homework and made an internet inquiry. I set up an appointment with the MKC I was interested in. We test drove, talked price, negotiated a bit, and it was signed, sealed, and delivered in under 3 hours. I cleaned out my trade in, the new MKC was fully detailed and fueled, and I was on my way home to show my family. This is my first Lincoln after being a Ford owner for many years. I can honestly say that Lincoln is changing their demographics and keeping up with the foreign luxury auto makers. So far I am hooked and excited about my new MKC! I purchased my second car from Leith Lincoln in Raleigh. The salesman who helped me was wonderful. Carl Banks is a treasure. I know very little about cars and he was very informative and made me feel welcome. He is very outgoing and upbeat. I know that all salesmen will do whatever it takes to get you to make a purchase but, Carl is just a naturally outgoing and professional person. After test driving the car I had it in my mind to check out two other places before making a decision. Well, the first place that I went to didnt have the car I was looking for and the second place, the salesman who showed me the car was so very rude that I just got back in my car, called Leith Lincoln and set up to get my car from them. Very professional and courteous staff. I had the pleasure of working with a lot of the team members at Leith and everyone went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I had visited a few different dealerships over the last year and had quite the different vibe from the minute I pulled onto the lot at Leith. It was never any pressure to buy or sign asap, the staff took their time, made the price right, and let me make the final decision with ease. My elderly parents purchased a 2014 MKZ from Leith Lincoln, have not been in possession of the car for 1yr and the car has already broken down. My mother had the car towed to a Lincoln dealer in VA, where they live and this dealer says the vehicle has been wrecked. There is damage to the wheels and undercarriage of the car. A 200 point inspection was supposed to be done prior to the purchase. The salesman Chris told my mother the car had not been wrecked and had 1 previous owner. My parents are close to 70 yrs old and trusted this dealer to be honest and ethical. Clearly, that is not true.

They did everything possible to assist me to purchase the car and to meet my price range. I felt comfortable with them from the time I walked into the dealership. We just purchased a 2012 MKZ Hybrid from Walter Cherry and were VERY satisfied with the experience. He, along with John Proctor, made the experience a great one. No high pressure selling at all. I dont think there is better service than you find at this Lincoln dealership anywhere. We bought our new Lincoln in Raleigh, (thanks Henry!) and upkeep is handled effortlessly by Derek and Shawn in the Service Department. I wish I had known it could be this easy. Id have been a Lincoln customer earlier! These folks wrote the book on customer service.

Derek and Shawn are extremely courteous and professional. My car was fixed promptly and I was given a great loaner car so I could get to work that day. I have used Lincoln Service several times and have always had a positive experience. If things arent fixed properly, the issue is promptly rectified.

Had a minor problem with my Ford F-150 Tonneau cover not folding. It was stuck in the layout position. I took it in. Three guys spent five minutes looking at it, and fixed it right away! Now everything works as it should! In and out in ten minutes, no problems! The is the way I like it!

I took my 2012 Ford Fusion in for some recall service and the service experience I received was above and beyond. Everyone is very friendly and helpful they even provided me with a free multi-point inspection, wash and vacuum. Excellent place and people to deal with. I will be back.

Very much appreciate the prompt, friendly and efficient service at Leith Lincoln. The waiting area is pleasant, the Service Rrpresentatives are attentive and conscientious. The service costs are reasonable and the free car washes are a nice bonus to the overall great experience.
