I can truly say I had a fantastic experience at Leith Honda. Jeff Maynard worked with us from start to finish. We could not have asked for a better listener, guide, and communicator. All of these qualities in Jeff made us feel at ease purchasing our new CRV from him. We came in Wednesday night at 6 pm and left around 8:15 pm. The time he spent with us was well spent. We never felt pushed or rushed into anything from our color choice, from pricing, or financing. Jeff walked us through it all. When it was time, he walked us out to our new CRV and covered all the features and paperwork that we needed to know. We came to Leith for the selection but were very pleased to find a salesman like Jeff Maynard. Thanks so much!

Absolutely the worst dealership Rolls-Royce has in their fleet!. Dont cheat yourself out of the Rolls-Royce experience. They are not professional and not customer friendly!. Even the corporate headquarters agreed with me. They give you empty promises and have you going in circles instead of doing whats right and required. Record everything while making your purchase because they will not stand behind what they say nor follow through. Hands down the worst dealership on the east coast. I PROMISE YOU YOU WILL REGRET BUYING FROM LEITH!. Thanks for listening.

Just keep on looking. Go to Hubert Vester in Wilson where they are more customer oriented. If you know how much invoice is and how much your trade is worth, you know too much for these people. They block Kelly Blue Book if you are on their wifi. Once I disconnected, it worked fine. The salesman could not even drive a manual. Really?! They will lowball you on the trade. When you dont agree and ask for you keys they go get "daddy" aka sales manager who wont do a damn thing to help anyone.
