My wife and I cannot say enough good things about Alison Davis. We ended up working with Alison when we found two cars that we were interested in. I sent her a text on a Saturday morning, and she told me that she would grab the keys to both vehicles as soon as she got there. By the time we met her that morning, it turned out that one of the cars had a recall issue, and the other car was being sent to the auction because it wasnt in good enough condition to sell. Alison knew what we wanted (a Honda Odyssey), and she helped us to find one in our price range from another Leith dealership. The dealership was in Cary, so we thought that we would have to come back another day, until Alison said that she would just go and pick it up and bring it back to the dealership for us. We loved her willingness to serve us as customers. So, she did that. We went for a test drive, and loved the van. We then went inside to talk about the price, and Alison was simply amazing! She wasnt pushy or greedy, and was so easy to work with. We felt like we had made a friend and not just a business relationship! Alison stayed until 9:00 PM with us, and didnt seem bothered even a little bit, even though the dealership closed at 8:00 PM. Speaking of that, we worked with Gavin Davis to sign the official paperwork. He was also extremely kind to us, and he wasnt in a hurry even though, again, it was after 8:00 PM. He took his time with us, and was very courteous. We enjoyed working with him also. We then had to bring the car back to have it detailed. I was unable to pick up the car, because I worked too late. Alison offered to pick up my wife and drive her back to the dealership. When she started driving the van to pick up my wife, she noticed that the detailer did not clean the headlights or the backup camera as well as they could have. So she took it back to the detailer and had him clean it up some more. We were very grateful for all the extra ways that she helped us out. About a week into owning the car, our automatic sliding passenger door was having issues working. I contacted Alison, and she immediately contacted a manger (Ed Peterson) to take care of this for us. Within a day, we had the car back at Leith and fixed at no charge. Ed Peterson was also amazing. He was so kind toward me and had me in and out of the dealership within 2 hours even though the place was super busy. That included diagnosing what was wrong and fixing the problem. Like I said, he didnt charge me a dime for fixing this issue. Alison went above and beyond on so many levels. We kept thanking her for all that she had done, and she kept responding by saying that "you are my customers, even after the sale of the car" or "you are my customers for life." She truly takes customer service to a whole new level! We cannot say enough how great our experience was in buying a car from Alison Davis! We will be recommending her to anybody in the market for buying a car. Overall, we love Leith Honda. We have had one good experience in the past (a few years ago), and one excellent experience in our recent purchase.

After spending $565 on a lease for a new Touring Odyssey, I was more than disappointed in the customer service of the Manager(rather lack there of) and the lack of commitment to details. I told the sales person I wanted the exact car I was trading in. He gave me a quote based on that. So when I came back in to lease the vehicle, it was thew wrong vehicle. He had quoted be a vehicle that didnt have either the Navigation or the rear entertainment system. The one I was trading in had both. All that had to be done was taking the VIN and matching it up accordingly, but that wasnt done. So now the car that I thought I was getting for one price I was now having to pay $50 more a month for. He made a mistake and sold me the car with a package that would have been $300.00 more, but after we had already begun the paperwork he opted not to charge me. Thanks Mark, not something I needed or wanted anyway. So I believe in order to recoup some of that mistake they intentionally, put down the incorrect miles from the odometer, on the paper work was off by 161 miles, when on a lease, is quite a bit. It was written that the car had 10 miles on it. It actually had 171. In order to change the mileage we would have to start over from the beginning, with all the paperwork, hours of paperwork. I voiced my discontent with Mark the sales person about the manager, prior to purchasing the lease and he assured me that the manager was in fact happy to have the business, he must have been having an off day. also commented that his laid back personality can be interpreted as an attitude that doesnt care. I decided to give him that. Well after having been told that my Honda had no trade in value toward new lease and the reasons were because of some of the wear and tear and I was explained what, I said ok, I suppose that makes some sense. However when I then got a bill from Honda saying that they were then charging me almost $800.00 more for the same things they told me took down the value of my previous Honda, I was more than disenchanted. So I called both Honda Financial and my sales person, who, said one sentence to me after he found out I was having an issue, "I will have the manager call you". That was 9 days ago today. I can tell you that I will never renew a lease or purchase another car from Leith Honda. Nor will I renew my lease that is coming up to expire in January, with Leith Mercedes. Leith now leaves a bad taste in my mouth and to think, they could of had had free advertising from a happy customer! Hmmmmm. Honda isnt doing well financially as a whole and I would think they would be bending over backwards to get business and to further secure their future business. I will tell everyone I know to stay far away from Leith. If I could return my car and start again somewhere else, I would in a heart beat. I would drive to Chicago to get a new car, before I gave my money to Leith Honda or Mercedes or any of the dozen other dealerships they may own.

Very Good Experience with Hugh Bodenstine at Leith Honda I had a great experience working with Hugh Bodenstine at Leith Honda when getting my new car. I was recently looking to purchase my first new car by myself. I had been looking at the new 2014 Honda Civic and had originally been searching at a dealership a bit closer to my home. While I liked the car, I was very uncomfortable with the service at that dealership (I found their attitude and sales techniques to be very disrespectful to me and my time) and they didnt have the car in the color I wanted. I am so happy that I decided to give Leith Honda a call for a second opinion. Hugh answered my call and made the experience easy and much more pleasant. I told him the situation (liked the car, liked the other dealers price but wasnt happy with their service and didnt have my first choice color). Hugh let me know on the phone that they had the car in the color I desired and that they could pretty much match the price (and gave me specific numbers which the other dealer wouldnt do), trade in, and financing I wanted. I came in that afternoon to meet with him and see the car. Hugh was very knowledgable about the car and answered my remaining questions, often before I needed to ask them! I found Hugh to be honest and very respectful. I agreed to purchase the car that day. I really like how Hugh remained at the desk with me during the final steps to get the deal approved - he only went back to the managers when he had to physically given them a paper. All other communication with the managers/financers was done via computer so I was able to see what was happening the whole time. Other dealers I went to made me sit alone and wait for 15-20 minutes at a time so they could "talk with their managers" which I found disrespectful of my time (especially when I could see them just sitting together eating cookies as it was clearly just a sales tactic to make me nervous). I liked that Hugh showed me real numbers that were comparable to the prices that I found during my online research - there was little negotiating and I didnt feel there needed to be as they seemed to be giving me a very fair price for the car. I found Hugh to be very respectful and I was very comfortable with my experience at Leith Honda. I told them the financing I wanted and since they couldnt offer me that financing without a co-signer (due to good but limited credit) they worked with me and further adjusted the price to make up for the additional interest and allow me to finance the car on my own. I would highly recommend Hugh Bodenstine and Leith Honda of Raleigh. Hugh was honest, respectful, and knowledgable. I will definitely consider using Leith Honda again in the future. There may be Honda dealers closer to my home but the respect and honesty I was shown made my experience at Leith Honda pleasant and definitely worth the additional drive time.
