We started using UAG shortly after they opened because they were the only shop around that would touch our Land Rover Discovery II. We stopped taking our cars to anyone else. You can trust the service staff to work on any make and model. From oil changes to major work, they can do it. They go above and beyond to identify the real problem and I have never been given the "list of things that need to be fixed" that you will get at other repair facilities. If its not broken they wont waste your money or their time fixing it! I have sent many friends to UAG for service and none have been disappointed. I have provided my own parts at times but Matt has proven that he can pretty much always offer me the lowest prices on parts. I call Matt with emergencies and he gets my vehicle in ASAP. I cannot say enough good things about UAG. It is a relief to have such great service without the worry. They are the best!

After being ignored by a sale person for a while, I finally approached him, to ask about a car. The saleman didnt get the key, or make any kind of offer to let us see inside the car, or take it for a drive. He also exhibited the fact that he knew nothing about the car, yet wasnt willing to even pull up info for us. Then, he made a point to talk about how great the condition of the car was and that the engine was very strong, although he wouldnt pop the hood, and there were multiple dents and scratches obvious on the body. While trying to get more information from him, the salesman turned and walked away, quickly saying "excuse me" with his back turned, as he walked to try to talk to an older couple still getting out of an SUV. Maybe they focus on selling to the elderly who dont have good enough vision to see the bad quality of the vehicles they stock.

1st-time-buyers from Ultimate Automotive Group, but not the last! As Maryland residents, weve been looking in State for a particular SUV for several months with no luck and literally no support from local dealers. After discovering the SUV at UAG on the Internet, and introducing ourselves to UAG management & sales staff by telephone, we knew that we found the perfect match; i.e., the right vehicle & the right dealership! The trust & confidence exchanged during our week-long delay in getting to Virginia to purchase the vehicle were truly characteristic of the warm welcome & superb sales service provided when we arrived; not to mention that our vehicle was at the front door, ready to go, and lookin mighty shiny & fine! Thank you, UAG! Well be back.

Bought the car at UAG. Had the fan, fan shroud, belts replaced. $800 bucks and we supplied the BMW parts. A week later when my husband lifted the hood to check the fluids in the car he found the fan shroud broken and laying sideways. A call to UAG this morning was unsatisfactory. Matt, the service manager basically said it was our problem and he will not do anything to rectify their mistake. Since I can see they wont fix what they did wrong, were taking it elsewhere. At least I will have a better chance of getting it done right. We were just thinking its about time to buy another, but it sure wont be at UAG.

I recently purchase a 2005 Ram SRT 10 from UAG. I live in Pennsylvania and found the truck via Autotrader. As the truck is 10 years old it was sold without any warranty. On the drive back to PA the left front brake caliper froze. Fortunately I was close to home at the time. The brake issue was repaired by a local mechanic. When I made Bob and Chris aware of the problem they took care of the issue and sent me a check to cover the cost of replacing the brake caliper. As the truck had been purchased "as is" they would not have been obligated to cover any cost of repair. I would definitely recommend UAG.

For the 7th time in the past nine years, Bob and the team at UAG came thru for me. I was in the market for a good used minivan to take my wheelchair bound Mother to Dr. appointments. After searching extensively online UAG, once again, had the perfect vehicle. Chris, Bob, Scotty and Matt are a top of the line crew. I have purchased three vehicles (BMW 330I, BMW 550I and Cadilac Escalade) and will go back whenever it is time to purchase new vehicles for the family. Customer service is off the charts. I dont like associating my name with recommendations very often but I recommend UAG whenever I can. From the initial sale to service to trade in the process is a pleasure at UAG. I wish all of my customer experiences were this good! If you are looking for a fairly priced high end vehicle this is the place to go.

Have gone to this shop on and off for about 10 years and have had generally favorable experiences each time. Under new management currently, so expect the automotive maintenance and repair experience to be even better going forward. The customer satisfaction surveys mean the business genuinely wants to know what they and doing right and possibly doing wrong. Feedback is key to any business, and UAG is striving for excellence on all fronts. Great bunch of people there, and I personally know one of the owners who is a first class guy to begin with.

These guys are fantastic!! Chris and Jimmy both are extremely helpful and friendly. I recently bought my Porsche 911 in to them to have several items taken care of and was very pleased with how reasonable their labor charges were. The technician also took the time to talk to me about the car and go through it from front to back noting things that he found. Overall a great experience, so glad I found an independent trustworthy shop to take care of my car so close to home. Have already recommended to 3 people that I know.

Matt at the service desk always answers my questions and explains thing to me in laymans terms..... as a woman that is so important.
