While I agree the staff is very friendly, the car I bought appeared to be a good deal but turned out to be a money pit. I purchased a Subaru Outback and warranty back in August. Only six days after purchase, the check engine light came on. I took it into a shop and was told the catalytic converter (a $1000 fix not covered by ANY warranty A1 offered) was bad which should have been looked at when the car was inspected three days prior to purchase. When I called A1 about it I was told someone would call me back to discuss it. Three days later no one called so I called again and was told that the converter could have gone bad since I purchased the car (mind you less than a week) and that they could do nothing more than to get me the replacement part wholesale but I was still looking at nearly a grand to fix it. I brought the car in and the technicians said they could not get a proper read on the check engine light but they didnt think it was the converter. They suggested I try an ignition cleaner and that it might be the O2 sensor. I tried the cleaner and the light went off for a day or two but came back on. It was a little while before I was able to get the car into another shop for a third opinion. When I did, the car was re-diagnosed with a bad catalytic converter and some minor related problems coming to a total of $1950, none of which was covered by the warranty. Long story short, I feel I was sold a bad car and I have a hard time believing the issue was not known about prior to my purchase. If the issue was unknown at the time, my confidence in A1 is not renewed by the technicians inability to diagnose the problem. Again, they all seemed very nice so it is difficult for me to be upset, but that does not change the fact that I now have almost 2000 dollars of repairs less than 6 months after purchase not covered under a warranty (which was an additional half grand on the cars price). I highly recommend if you look to buy from A1 you have the car looked at by a second source before purchase.

My vehicle almost killed me three times due to the incompetence of this dealership. My fuel tank feel off doing 75 MPh. And my brake line busted the first time I took it back they half fixed it, I had two rotor seize up after they so called fixed it, then it broke causing me to go off road and jump an embankment landing me in a gas station 4 feet from a pump. I have had my vehicle for 5 months and its been in a mechanic Bay for 4 costing me now in excess of 8 thousand dollars, to anyone who read this dont buy here for your safety and I dont want to see anyone go through what Im going through right now. My truck is still at the mechanic and may cost me an additional 3 thousand.

Terrible experience! Keep driving past this place! Sold me a vehicle that blew up 3 months later and after they assured me that my finance co automatically gives me a warranty I was advised that the "dealership had to add it" and I didnt have one! Not to mention it had 3 other things that needed to be fixed in that 3 months before the engine decided to FAIL!! After calling for a week to see if there was ANYTHING they could offer to help me I was basically blown off and they couldnt have cared less. Now I still have a 12k loan on a vehicle I cant even drive and its gonna cost half that to fix! Stay away from these CROOKS

Got a Suv, told them the issues that needed fixed, was assured by david, sales, it would be fixed. When I called he blew it off, car was inspected with a cracked ws and had multipule issues still unresolved, have an appointment in am to "look" at it again. We will see if they make good on the sale or if I become another sucker I guess. At this point dont go to this dealer, if at all possible, if not go to the main lot, they are better. Or burning your money may feel a little better

Wonderful experience I was laughing there the whole time Brad is hilarious the staff just way too friendly. I was there on Saturday the only complain I have it took them a while to finish all my papers they were really busy that weekend. I did finance and I had a trade deal was good. I will buy a car from them again I recommended the place to all my co workers. My experience with everyone there was above and beyond my expectations "Brad you should be a comedian"

Went to A1 auto sales on Saturday to look at a ford really nice truck went in to check my credit and try to make a deal, the guy we spoke to would not work with me wanted me to put $4,000 down on a truck to drive it off the lot. I wouldnt put 4,000 down on a new car what makes them think I would put 4,000 down on a used car. Never once did he offer me the truck I wanted he never tried to work with me I am very displeased and i will NEVER be back!

Had an excellent experience with this dealership. My salesman Scott was friendly not pushy. They asked me what I wanted and listened when I said what my budget and payment limit was. And I was pleasantly surprised when they came back after we had agreed on a finance operation and told me they had found a better one and lower payment than the first. It was a pleasure to do business with them.

I got lucky on the car, but no one seemed to understand "I just want to see cars." Also would have been nice to get my title more than 3 days before my paper/plastic license plates expired. Now I cant drive my car till I get my real license plates. Also didnt tell me about a major oil leak that cost about 700 to fix? Thanks. Not that great of an experience.

Steve was excellent and funny showed us the car we were interested in took us for a test drive and it was a very comfortable experience. Unfortunately the car we were interested did not have the equipment we needed so had to pass on it. Will however keep this store in mind for future purchase.
