At first everything was fine. The actual car buying experience was great. The car selection was great, the prices were fair and there was no pressure. Then things took a turn. About a week later we were called to say we had to re-sign paperwork because they had made an error on our trade in. Fine, mistakes happen and I rolled with it. This last Monday our temporary tags expired. I hadnt received the tags or had been called in to pick them up. So I went in on Monday to see whats up. I find out that the inspection hadnt been done right on the vehicle and the state was refusing to issue the tags. Enterprise knew about this for 30 days and never told me. So I got a business car and was told to take the car to AAA for an inspection, the plates would be over-night shipped and I would have them Tuesday. My wife takes the car, watches the guy at AAA call Enterprise to confirm the billing and results. Tuesday comes and go. On Wednesday I go in again to the sales office and they act surprised. They say they have been waiting for my wife to call with the inspection results. I inform them that no, it was done on Monday per our conversation. The manager disappears for about ten minutes and comes back to say that the inspection is in fact in the system, and the plates are being over-night shipped and I should have them Thursday. Thursday night I call in looking for my plates. I get told they are in the managers office and the manager is on a conference call. The lady that answered the phone said shed call back in five minutes. 50 minutes later I call back and get put on hold for 15 minutes. The manager gets on the phone and says that his title lady didnt process the tags until Thursday afternoon and then didnt send them over-night. He says he MIGHT have my tags on Sat. So today is Friday, 35 days after I purchased the car. My wife is driving around with expired temp tags and I have no idea when our tags will come in. I had planned on leaving a 5 star review and only doing business with Enterprise for my car purchases. Now I cannot recommend them at all. UPDATE: Ive been thinking on this review for sometime. While I still have not received the owners manual that was ordered for us, I realized that most of my issues were because of the states slow processing times.

I was in the market for a more reliable vehicle months sooner than Id planned. I had a car that constantly gave me problems over the past 2+ years. I felt frustrated and imprisoned due to lack of reliable transportation. I traveled 2 1/2 hours from my hometown to see if I had any options. Mr. Jeffrey Howell allowed me to explain my situation and what I was looking for with a reasonable monthly payment. The KBB of my old car at the time was less than $500 based on previous research. Along with that I still had a balance on my old car. Not only did Mr. Howell take the time to put himself in my shoes, he went above and beyond my expectations by helping me get a low-mileage, fuel-efficient, car at a monthly payment I could afford. There was a time that I thought that my trade would not be accepted, but the staff made sure I did not go home without a new vehicle. Mr. Howell and the Enterprise staff took car of all of the paperwork to transfer my tags from my old car to my new car. "Mr. Howell, because of you and your staff, not only have you given me my freedom & independence back, but now I feel life I can enjoy life again!!!" I strongly recommend Enterprise Sales to anyone who wants a certified used car at an affordable price. I also tested their price on a vehicle and found that prices below KBB value is accurate. Give them a try, you may be surprised just as I was!!!!

I have been researching and looking to replace my old car for months. I decided to go with Enterprise after finding out their cars are inspected and since they are usually from a rental fleet the cars are taken care of. After emailing with Daniel, I set up a time to look at cars and test drive a couple. I was warmly greeted by Daniel and others there and that was the beginning of a very nice car buying experience. Daniel listened to what I was looking for in a car and told me he could find me something in my price and payment range. After also being very surpised that my old car would be taken as trade, I decided on the Nissian Altima. I have to say that I am falling in love with my new car. Daniel and John made the process so simple and easy and had things ready for me when I returned with my trade in. Car shopping and buying can be stressful but Enterprise made the most stressful process of the day deciding which car to get. In my research, I found other cars with more mileage and higher cost, here I found a car that had lower mileage and the price was right. I was glad that I decided to go to Enterprise and happy that I was able to work with Daniel. I have told others that when you are ready to look for a car to consider Enterprise and to go see Daniel.

I walked into Enterprise Car Sales with the expectation of service of other big time dealerships, which is less than stellar. The experience that I had was something from a different realm!! The treatment from the staff was warm and inviting. They allowed me to tell them what it was that I wanted and worked around that. I had already selected a few cars online and they had them lined up when I got there to test drive. They did not try to sell me something that was not in my description or choice. They gave me more for my trade-in than I thought it was worth, worked around the max amount that I was willing to pay. They were patient and explained everything in detail that I needed to know. Their pricing is fair and straight forward with no hidden fees. The paperwork was easy to follow and short. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking to buy a quality used car! I love my 2014 Hyundai Sonata. A million thanks to the staff! Thank you for making me feel comfortable with the whole process from beginning to end. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

I cant give enough kudos to Enterprise Car Sales, Raleigh, NC. I had purchased my last car from Enterprise in Virginia and decided to check out the one on Glenwood Ave, after having a horrible experience at the car dealership. I meet Jeff Houston, the Senior Account Executive aka my hero and salesman. I am credit challenged, but I was treated with the utmost respect. I want to thank you for your excellent customer service Jeff. I cant give you enough accolades. You made it a wonderful car buying experience. Firstly, you were welcoming, kept smiling the entire time, you listened, you gave me several car options, you were knowable about each vehicle (no notes, no checking facts, just rattled the facts off) , you were patient, very pleasant and professional, but not stiff. I appreciate you working with me to make it an awesome event. Can you tell I am happy? I would recommend anyone shopping for a car to check out Enterprise Car Sales and ask for Jeff Houston.
