I would give them -5 stars if it were possible. In 2001 I bought a new car from Leith. With their superb service advisors, customer friendly business hours, and top quality waiting room, I took for granted other car retailers in the area were that way too. Absolutely not. I hadnt owned my new car 6 months when it first broke down. Thats when I learned Weaver Brothers has extremely limited service center hours. Theyre closed on the weekends and they close at 5PM during the week. If you think this isnt too bad, try scheduling a run of the mill oil change. Trust me, youll regret your decision. After battling the service advisor upsell attempts at EVERY visit and the dismal waiting area (last updated in 1983? is their wireless router running on dial up?), and continuing to receive less and less adequate service with ever escalating prices, I felt it was time to share with everyone else that Weaver Brothers is a dealership you should avoid at all costs. Overpriced, poor service support, inadequate facilities, limited hours--its not worth it. Spend your money with Crossroads or Leith--or ANY other company!

I went in to have a software update performed to correct the defective alarm system. I paid over $100 for the software update and another $75 to have a key programmed. I went to the parts counter to ask about a part and the man working behind the counter was very unprofessional and made profane sexual remarks to someone on a phone call while I stood there. Following the software update. The service adviser told me my timing belt had cracks and needed replacement. The belt was replaced less than 10,000 miles ago (somewhere else) and still clearly shows the paint labeling on the outside of the belt that would have been worn off by the idler arm if it were even 50,000 miles into its life. There are also no stress cracks in the belt. Weaver Brothers Volvo service was unprofessional, profane and told me that I needed service when I did not. I wont be going back for service.

Took my car to have radio checked for no sound. It took 3 hours and they couldnt figure it out.charged me 109.00 for basically nothing. They are a volvo dealer but knows nothing about volvos.I then took my car to an audio shop and it took them five minutes to get my sound on something volvo took 3 hours because they had to take lunch, then walk around for another hour and then try to figure out the problem by sitting in front a computer they know nothing .They depend on a computer to pinpoint a problem that took someone else five minutes to do.HHHorrible customer service.DONT GO HERE EXCEPT TO ORDER PARTS THEN GET THE HELL OUT>

Weaver Brothers does not care about customer service in the "Service Section" since the managers left. When both Tom & Bob were there, they would listen to you and help with your problem. Sometimes offered a no charge if possible. With the new manager, Lara, she seems to be unprofessional especially when you know that her service techs performed all maintenance on the vehicle but she would indirectly blame you for the problem

I would give it 0 starts but I cant, came in and people completely ignore me for about 15 minutes of me standing outside because they are under construction, also the person that talked that finally greeted me told me to go to the wrong door, then finally the parts guy was nice and he did try to help me but the person he passed me to seem like he hates his job, or just didnt want to be there. A Horrible experience.

Bought a beautiful Saab convertible from Weaver Brothers. The car is great, and everything about the transaction was handled perfectly. Weaver Brothers has been in business as a family-owned store at least 50 years. When you buy a car from these guys, you know youll be treated well and everything will go smoothly. Theres simply no question about their honesty and integrity.

Beware of of Chuck Steffani, Bill Small & Jessica Haskins as they make a habit of doing unauthorized repairs, giving different versions of how mechanics charge, overstating labor time, and making invoice errors. Dont fall for the 20% discount coupon because it is false advertising. After repairs are done, they tell you it is not 20% but a capped amount. Less than honest.

Loved this place. Went here service and repairs on my s80. They charged 405 to replace two engine mounts. The local repair shop asked for 460 so dont write them off as expensive. Freindly ppl too. They showed me my old parts and didnt make me fell like I was slowing them down the way too many bussiness do. Full of smiles and reasonable folks!

I bought my V70 from this location a few years back. At first the service was great and very quick, but over the last year thats changed. Its extremely difficult to get in for servicing. Which is unfortunate as we were looking at purchasing an additional family vehicle, but have chose to look at other locations.

The maintenance department people are very kind and helpful. I have always been treated amazingly every time Ive gone in. Ive never had trouble getting a loaner car while my car is getting worked on. They are very efficient and I trust bringing my Volvo there. Would recommend to every Volvo owner!

Ive been to this place three separate times for parts. Every time the employee at the desk always has some snarky, backhanded remarks to my questions. I would definitely suggest getting to a different dealer or just ordering parts online. Terrible customer service. Very dissatisfied.

I purchased my first car with Weaver Brothers, and every car after. From my boxy, well loved S70 to my new XC60, Weaver Brothers has provided excellent service. I love being apart of a business who has been in Raleigh for so many years. Would never trust my car with anyone else!

Tim in the parts department was very unprofessional and rude. It felt as if i was a problem trying to order a heater hose from him. I will never order parts from them. This was the first and only time dealing with this dealer.

Very friendly service techs. Provided me a loaner car (for a $10 charge) while I dropped my car off to get serviced. The provided me plenty of information about my car and the work that it needed. I couldnt be happier.

Looks like for a dealer, they dont know much about Volvos. I would not recommend this place. I had a misfire, which they were able to replicate on test drive, but couldnt diagnose or repair for me. Waste of time.

You wont find over the top amenities that you see at some car dealerships, but the people are friendly, the place is super clean, and if you need a Volvo, theyll happy sell you one.

Check-in process was excellent, loaner car a nice touch, and they remembered my name!
