I recently purchased a 2008 Audi A4 Quattro from RDU Auto Sales and my experience was nothing but awesome. The car was an extremely rare find in 6-speed manual, Quattro, black leather, AND S-Line package. Finding all of these options were the only way I was going to purchase an A4, so I had to move on it quickly. Thankfully, this rare find also came with a price tag that was significantly lower than that of other LOWER MODEL A4s with similar mileage. Everyone at there was extremely helpful, but I have to hand it to Moe for being awesome enough to spend at least 30 minutes just talking with me about cars. This was the first and only dealership Ive ever been to where the "salesmen" (I put that in quotes because these guys dont work on commission) actually know what they are talking about. For example, my girlfriend just purchased a Civic from a BIG NAME HONDA DEALERSHIP and when her tire pressure light came on, the salesman said "the tires are probably just cold." TIRE PRESSURE IS MEASURED WHILE THE TIRES ARE COLD. Then, his solution was "none of the technicians are here today, but if you bring it back another day we can look at it." Yes, because were going to drive an hour back to check the air in the tires. This guy is selling cars and apparently cant even check tire pressure (I wasnt there, otherwise I would have taught him how). Anyway, the day after I picked up my A4, my check engine light came on. My first thought was "crap, this was one of "those" dealerships and Im about to be screwed." But I called RDU and was happily invited to come have them look at it. Moe read my code and researched it in order to find a solution. It turned out to just be a sensor, so he called the local Audi dealership for a quote on a new one. I assumed hed give me the price and send me on my way, but instead, after being quoted about $38, pulled out a checkbook and wrote me a check for $100. The extra was to cover "labor costs," but he proceeded to explain to me how easy the sensor was to change and referred me to a step-by-step YouTube video. So he basically threw in some extra for my troubles and I thought that was really cool! All in all, my experience was the best I have EVER had at a car dealership, whether purchasing, browsing, or accompanying a friend. I definitely recommend these guys for your next used vehicle purchase (Adam keeps really awesome cars on the lot!) and I will certainly be browsing their lot next time Im looking to buy.

***update after reading your response*** Omar I am not sure if you are the same man that spoke to me or not. The guy I talked to never introduce himself to me. I was never invited inside to use your computers. If I was I would of been more than happy to do that. If you want me to be more exact the person looked at me holding my smart phone and said I could pull up the website from the phone. It was at that point I said thanks and walked away. It was at that point the gentleman offer to give me the website to look at cars at that point I knew I was not going to come back so I turned around and told him "no thanks" seeing your response to me and the part that was made up makes me wonder on your other response how much is truth and how much is made up also....this is not a good look. *** Dont bother going to this dealership for if you are looking for a car under $10K. I tried to stop by the dealership to see what did they had for sale that was under $10K, and was told by the guy taking pictures of one of the cars up front to just "go look on the website". I was so taken back I repeated it back to him to make sure I did not misunderstand. He told me Yes go to the website because they have close to if not over a hundred cars and not very many of them are below $10K. No Worries RDU I did look at the website and you have a few under $10K that just dont work for me...but when I am looking for a car that is over $10K you will not have to worry about me coming back either.

I purchased a 2011 Honda Accord from Rdu Auto last week. I dont know where to start. I like many others seemed skeptical to even pick up the phone to call them because it seemed like it was one of those "too good" to be true prices. I was confident that something had to be wrong. However, after finally calling I was pleasantly surprised that the information on the website was accurate. I set an appointment for later that afternoon to go test drive the car. My sales rep Omar, assured me that he would have the car ready for me to test drive when I came in. And again (while waiting for a disappointment) I walked in and Omar greeted me. He had the dealer tag and car ready for me within 5 minutes. I test drove it and loved. (still gave him my best poker face) I asked to take it to my mechanic across town, because I was sure something is wrong. Omar let me take it without any hesitation. My mechanic was so impressed with the car, that he even said if I didnt buy it he may be interested in buying it for his wife. I called Omar from the mechanic and I told him I wanted to buy. To save me time he suggested to fax the bill of sale to the SECU for me, rather than me driving all the way back with the car. I went straight to my bank, picked up the check, and went to sign. I took the day off of work thinking its the regular all day ordeal. I finished everything by lunch so if my boss would have saw me he would have been mad...but guess what.....I DONT CARE cause I got a new car :)

I am actually another dealer here in Raleigh, but came across a 2013 F10 M5 they had in stock. It was listed at a great price and figured something was up with it due to the price. I figured I would drive across town and take a look at it, as I was looking for a F10 M5 at the moment to replace my X5M. I was able to check the car out thoroughly and it was much better than I expected. It was all original paint, it didnt have any check engine lights or even pending check engine lights, I specialize in cars like this and knew it was a amazing deal. Even at auction, the cheapest most beat up one would be $47K. It was a good deal I did not catch in time as I out of town for work for 4 days straight. I would recommend these guys if you want a clean euro car at a much larger discount than the franchise guys. They are getting the cars from the same place the BMW dealer gets them and just charge less. Adam and Omar were really helpful and didnt pressure me or twist the car in anyway. I am not the one to go out and write a good review, usually it is the bad experiences that really make me go out of the way to write a review. These guys are a rare breed in the dealer world. I still plan on buying a car from them, as I would only be paying $500 more than I can get it for at auction, and I get the benefit of test driving it before and it is detailed and ready to go. Well worth it to me, and I never buy from dealers.
