I had a wonderful experience with iDeal Auto. They provided top notch service! I have a growing family and my husband and I were searching for a vehicle that will accommodate all of our children (all in car seats, 3 to be exact). We found exactly what we wanted, not to mention we received a great trade-in amount for my vehicle, we also received a great deal on the vehicle we ended up purchasing. We were able purchase an awesome warranty as well at an affordable price (they offer several options if you want to add a warranty onto the vehicle being purchased)!!! Their vehicles are affordable and they are willing to work with you on the price, the staff is very friendly and laid back. I never felt pressured, and the care they give their customers is unheard of nowadays! This was the absolute BEST car buying experience by FAR that I have ever had, seriously!!!! The service they provide is just off the charts! I cannot even put into words how impressed and appreciative I am of these guys!!! My husband and I had visited other local car lots before visiting iDeal Auto and I was not pleased with any of the others or the way they did business. iDeal Auto made up for that and all the time my husband and I felt we had wasted at the other places!! Will and Brett are just amazing to work with!!!! Great, great guys, you never get that car salesmen feel from this place, believe me these guys are not just there to make a dollar they are sincere people!!! Everyone there seemed very friendly, but of course I have to recommend Will and Brett as they were the two that took such good care of my husband and I. They worked with us, helped us get the payment we wanted, and we had a good time during our whole visit!!! They are genuine, down to earth people. They will go above and beyond to help any way they can to try to give you everything that you want. This was a one of a kind car dealer, and I WILL absolutely recommend them to all my friends and family! Absolutely, completely, whole heartedly, super stellar service!!!!!

My fiancé and I were on the hunt for a new(er) SUV on May 13th 2017. We went to Raleigh for the simple fact of the variety of places we had to choose from. Ive always dealt with the big corporations in the auto industry for the simple fact of them having a name & a reputation to keep. I went to Several places, carmax, leith, kia etc & my fiancé ran across a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland on "cargarus" Keep in mind this was on a Saturday @ 4:30. iDeal Auto closes at 4pm on Saturday if Im not mistaken. A younger guy by the name of Brett or Brent was the salesman that day & said they were closed but decided to actually listen to my fiancés frustrations we had been dealing with that day and told us to come up there to check out the jeep we were looking at. We were trading in my Camry as well. It was a great experience!! We ended up getting way more for my Camry then the other dealers were offering and I got my jeep for almost 3,000.00 CHEEPER!! No haggling, pressuring & all the annoying words a salesmans has to offer! He told us what we needed to know and left us to make The decision on what we wanted to do. We ended up leaving there @ 8pm but very pleased!! I would definitely gives these guys a shot! Super nice & clean cars on the lot with BRAND NEW TIRES!! Couldnt get any better! Thanks iDeal Auto!!

I cannot express enough how amazing the whole team at Ideal Auto is. My husband and I have been searching for a well maintained SUV. I first visited their lot to look at a Yukon XL that I had seen online. We live about 1.5 hours from their location so it was a little disappointing when we got their and I found out that the vehicle had just sold the day before. I was shown two other vehicles on the lot that although were beautiful vehicles they were not the model of vehicle we wanted. Scott asked me what exactly we wanted and within 24hrs he had a vehicle on his lot. He sent me pictures and low and behold it was immaculate! We drove down to their lot again, saw the vehicle in person as it was getting cleaned and fell in love. My husband and daughter test drove the vehicle and could not have been more pleased. The staff is amazing, the owners go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. I have recommended ALL my family and friends to please contact this dealership if you are looking for a great used vehicle. It was worth every drive for us. The next vehicle we buy will be from Ideal Auto!

Not your ordinary used car dealer! These guys know customer service. They are building something special here. The quality of vehicles on this lot is surprising but not as surprising as the down-to-earth attitudes from the staff. Felt like I had known these guys for forever by the time I left. George, Brett and Todd were all very attentive and made sure my Wife and I were comfortable during our purchase. One thing that surprised me was the fact that they encouraged me to either take the car to a mechanic or have one come onsite to check it out. I actually had a mechanic meet me at the dealership and he gave my Land Rover Range Rover Sport a clean bill of health. I honestly feel that George and his team will do whatever is required to earn your trust. They understand that the key to success is being a car dealer that the community can rely on and trust. I drove 2.5 hours to get to the dealership and will definitely do it again next time I need a car. I will also point my friends and family to these guys.

My Husband and I have been looking for an affordable Luxury SUV over 2 months. We had been looking in our surrounding area and were not finding the vehicle we were looking to purchase until we expanded our search. We found iDeal Auto in Raleigh, NC on one of our searches for a Lincoln MKX. The vehicle had very low mileage and was in almost immaculate condition listed at a very reasonable price but a little outside of our budget for what we were looking to spend on a used vehicle. The salesperson was very polite and courteous and spent the time needed to make sure we didnt leave there without our needs being met. We were given the appropriate amount for the condition of our trade-in and he was willing to negotiate for us with the manager to bring the price down to an affordable and acceptable amount by both parties. I would recommend the iDeal Auto Dealership to anyone looking for a great crew to work with when buying or trading automobiles. Thank you for your great service.

Okay, I really dont know where to begin. I contacted them after seeing that they had 2 Volkswagen Passats. I emailed them late that night, but I had a response very early the next morning. I was greeted with a very professional phone call from William, who was able to answer all of my questions. I came to Raleigh 4 days after initially contacting them, and met the sales reps. Todd took care of me, he is a true character really. I am VERY impressed with the shape that their cars are in. Their lot is full of choices. My car had a low beam headlight out, but that was fixed immediately. I dont think that these guys are money hungry at all. I felt really pressured at other dealerships, but they just kept asking if there was anything I needed. I will 100000% recommend them to anyone, and I will come back for my next car also!
