Car was taken to a BMW shop where the job that would cost $8000 and was quoted and was cheaper than normal because they wanted to help us. All you see on here is the SAME reply and excuse. Long story short bought a car with an on going problem and paid to figure out the problem. I thought to save their reputation I would receive some kind of help and was told it wasnt there problem and received multiple excuses and running in circles talking about the samething over and over again including being told the anyone would drive it until it breaks. Its cool cause little dealers like this will get bit back eventually for not doing the right thing , what goes around comes around they forget that. Now notice the excuses on our posts. I did purchase a car with my fiancé at this "business" I was there through the whole experience. I notice after sharing our experience with these guys with multiple people including random people , family and friends just like any normal person would there are bad reviews thats how this goes when you treat people like junk.

I MUST SAY THIS HAS BEEN THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE AND THE MOST UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER BEEN IN IN MY LIFE!!!. THESE PEOPLE AT D45 AUTO SALES ARE COMPLETE JOKES, THIEVES, CROOKS WHATEVER YOU WANT TO CALL THEM!! I PURCHASED A MAZDA PROTEGE 5 FROM THEM THIS MONTH AND SINCE I BOUGHT IT, THE ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. BAD HEAD GASKET THAT WILL COST OVER 1000,$ TO BE REPAIR NOT COUNTING THE CLUTH EXPENSES. . THE MOMENT I DROVE IT OFF THE LOT I WAS DRIVING DOWN THE HIGHWAY AND THE CAR STARTED TO SHAKE. I THOUGHT TO MYSELF I "HOPE" I DIDNT BUY A LEMON. BUT INDEED I DID. KNOWING THAT THIS KINDVE CAR IS VERY EXPENSIVE MY PERSONAL MECHANIC SAYS THE DAMAGES ARE ABOUT $1500.00 TO FIX. I CALLED THE OWNER AND THIS CLOWN SAYS THE CAR WASNT LIKE THAT WHEN HE HAD IT. REALLY???? . LISTEN UP! DONT EVER BUY FROM THESE PRICKS, THEY WILL SPEAK TO YOU LIKE YOURE THERE FRIEND BUT DECEIVE YOU AND TAKE ALL YOUR SAVINGS! , HOPEFULLY OTHERS ON THIS FORUM WILL SEE THIS AND WE CAN ALL GET TOGETHER

D45 is a great place to look for a used car and buy one. Tim is an easy going guy who loves cars and loves talking about them which is what you want when you are looking. I bought an 08 Jaguar in June and couldnt be happier. When I went to look at it, Tim was cleaning the car and talked to me about it as if it were his car. He let me know everything about it. However, being a used car I took it to a Jaguar mechanic who gave it a full overview ($140 and worth every penny). He was really impressed at the condition of the car and how well it had been maintained. He didnt see any issues and said it would be a solid purchase. I feel like I have gotten a great deal on an incredible vehicle. Highly recommend checking them out if you are looking for a good used car. Would definitely buy from again. Tim for being honest and easy to deal with.

I came into D45 specifically looking for the 2006 BMW 525i that they had listed. This was my first BMW and Tim was sure to inform me of everything that had been done to the car in recent memory. He provided me with the CarFax the first day that I was there. He was sure to point out that I should call the dealerships where the car had been serviced to get as much information as possible on the car. I also took it to a local shop to have it checked out and Tim was more than welcoming in allowing me to do that. The overall experience in the purchasing of this car was a pleasure and the best one Ive had in purchasing a car. Tim was very willing to work with my busy schedule and had me in and out the door in a matter of days. I will definitely be pointing every person I know thats looking for a car your way. Thanks Tim!

Last December (2014) I purchased a BMW 3 series through D45 Auto Brokers. The experience could not have been better! The staff was very polite and helpful, they seemed to have a genuine interest in the cars too, which made talking with them very enjoyable. I was given all the service history and information about the car I could have wanted and they allowed me to bring it to my own dealer/mechanic for a pre purchase inspection. The car was an absolute unicorn, perfectly maintained, in brand new condition and still looks new to this day. They were even willing to adjust the price so that after taxes and fees the car came to a lower even number, no haggling required. These guys are straight shooters, they dont try to rip you off and are genuinely nice people to deal with. Highly recommended.

Great to find these guys (literally, the office is off OWF Rd, but they have no big lot along the street, just a couple cars - look carefully for the address!). I needed to replace a Prius that died on me quickly, and 45R had 2 recent-used models on the lot with local history and in great shape. Price was lower to start with than any other dealer (with just 2 owners, they truly do pass the savings on) and they were good enough to give me a $1000 credit on my Prius, which larger dealers had offered (again, it was dead). Clincher for me was, along with small-business ethics, they work closely with Torque automotive in N Raliegh, a great local mechanic. Good price, great car, very very happy to skip the Big Dealer sales.

Bought a 2008 bmw 328i from D45 over two years ago, and aside from regular maintenance, it has been the best running car Ive owned to this day. The owner, Andrew was very helpful, and not afraid to give his honest opinions when helping me find a car that fit my needs. At the time, I was attending school over three hours away from home and it was a fantastic car longer commutes. I am now closer to home, and put less commuter miles on my car. However, the performance has been consistent. I was very pleased with the service, and the value of the car for the money. Mine was still under warranty with the original dealer when I bought it! Great experience overall, and definitely recommended.

Word of mouth is the best advertisement. And then there are always reviews. Used car salesmen have a sketchy stereotype, because some of them are sketchy. I wont berate Tim for making a living the way he has to make a living. I realize you are doing what works for you. Just a little research and I see pretty quickly that Erika and Garrett arent the first to take a hard knock. Its not the first car D45 has sold that had problems. Unfortunately, Erika and Garrett will have to endure their choice. We live in a time where folks have a hard time doing the right thing. You get what you give, so when you struggle, Tim, you just remember the people you had the chance to do right by and didnt.

I went here to look at cars for my teenage daughter. I was looking for something safe and reliable. I met with Andrew and he talked to me about what I was looking for and what my budget was. He showed me a couple different vehicles and he was very informative and forthcoming about the condition and history on each of the vehicles. I was weary about buying a used car but I have to be honest he did a great job of putting me at ease. I ended up buying a great used SAAB that has been a perfect fit for my daughter. I would recommend D45 to anyone. It was a painless experience and I really appreciated the great customer service!
