Customer satisfaction guaranteed? Worst dealership I have dealt with. Sold me a car which was advertised as 3 different prices, and then told me that the price I had shown him was part of their winter sale and was going to end soon. I didnt realize it at the time, but the price was changed on Mar. 22, about half a month after I showed up. Ever since then, theyve given me nothing but trouble. They have no carfax, and as soon as I had my car washed a few days after I bought it, the front bumper started flaking off paint because they didnt prime it. My wheel bearing was also shot, which was confirmed by my local, licensed, Mazda dealer. The Mazda dealer also pointed out that I had about 40% breaks left on my vehicle as well. I called about my complaints, and was told by Jake, the person Ive had the displeasure of dealing with, that Id have to wait for him to talk to his paint guy and that hed call me back in a day or two. A week went by, and still no call. I had to call him back, at which point he admitted that he had totally forgotten about me and that I could pick whatever day to drop of the vehicle. So I picked a day to drop it off, and he said itd be done within 3-4 days. On the third day, I called and inquired about my vehicle, and the proceeded to say it was waiting on being picked up to be painted, but he had said the mechanical problems have been fixed. Four days later, I still havent heard from them, so I called back and some other person answered and said Jake was busy. I expressed my urgency of needing my car back and asked to speak with Jake again, but he kept saying Jake was busy and asked if I wanted to leave a message, which I did, and told him to call me back ASAP . About five hours had gone by, and still no call. I called back, and not surprisingly, Jake said he hadnt been told to call me back. He also stated that they hadnt changed my wheel bearing yet and was waiting on the Mazda dealer for it, but then he went back on that and said that my wheel bearing wasnt bad but theyd replace it anyway because I asked, but they had repainted the front bumper, which was all part of the same phone conversation. I am now told that my car wont be ready for 3 more days, which is over a week by now. I asked for any sort of imbursement for my time and troubles, which I am currently waiting on because he wouldnt let me speak to the owner, so I am waiting for a call from him. DONT BUY FROM HERE. ONLY BUY IF YOU LIKE HAVING TO CALL EVERY DAY AND ENJOY A HASSLE. If you purchase a vehicle from here, I strongly advise you to do heavy amounts of research, as well as bring your own mechanic/body person to this establishment. They are extremely unreliable and untrustworthy. He didnt seem to care about my review, and, depending on the call I (hopefully) receive in the next two days,I will end up filing a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, as well ad the NYS Attorney Generals office. Please, do yourself a favor and dont buy from here.

Buyer beware. If you want your typical used car sales man who as soon as they sell you the car no longer care about their customers this is the place for you. I was sold a cadillac that had a glued together key fab that they claimed to have not known about. Yes at sale they did urge me to get a new key but come to find out they glued together the broken key fab and then the actual metal key did not even go to that cadillac. Once confronted about the situation they tried to tell me it was the battery so I went to an advanced auto parts store and the man was amazed how glued together the key was. When I called them to say that they sold me a glued together key they acted like they had no idea. They also told me at first they would only cover half of the cost to get a new key and key fab made. I agreed to that I knew there were risks to buying a used car but since I never had a key fab before I never knew the difference to check one over. I had to go to an actual cadillac dealer to get another key made and once there my salesman was called and said due to me getting such a great deal on the car and them loosing money on it that they would not help cover any costs. They do not support their customers and do not know how to keep valued customers happy. I am now 350 dollars out of pocket because they would not take accountability for selling me a glued together key fab. I would highly recommend not using this dealership all they care about is getting your money.

Purchased 3 Chevrolet Cargo Vans, and 1 4WD Dodge Pickup in a single transaction. Drove from Minneapolis, MN to pick them up. I spent months looking all over the country for a deal like this and found it at this place. I made this deal because they seemed honest and accommodating (rarity in used car sales), and because they provided wholesale prices and have a mechanic onsite who checked the vehicles over. We drove each vehicle 800 miles back to Minneapolis without a problem (other than hitting a deer in Wisconsin). If you want an excellent deal from an honest dealer, drive to this place. They will give you a GREAT price, on a great vehicle, and great service. Well worth the drive. Stopped by when they were closed to look at the truck Im interested in and needless to say, pictures do not even do this truck justice! OMG this truck is gorgeous! I wanted to get an idea for a trade-in and I received an email and a phone call immediately from them. My dad purchased his truck from them and he absolutely loved how easy the purchasing processing went. He looked at the truck in the morning and drove it home later that same day. Theyre super sweet, super quick and have a great selection. I cant wait till I have the money to put down on the truck that I want. I just hope its still available then
