GREAT DEALERSHIPS = Bell&Bell in SC is WORTH the drive for great service, hendrick in cary, nc is pretty good--stick with the internet salesman, they can drop prices more easily just to get you to show up, and tend to be less slimy to deal with. [Actually bobby murray should get no stars for a rating] I had to get a service bulletin issue fixed right away and you would think that they couldnt screw up a quick repair from a service bulletin...but youd be wrong again (just as I was)! I brought the car in at about 8am--which was an appointment I called to confirm...so I tell them Ill wait for the car since it shouldnt be long, so more than an hour passes and I go to see what the heck is going on--they swear up and down that they dont make appointments and even though I brought my car in first, theyd get to it whenever they felt like it!!! We went around about this until I got someone to get my car into the garage...I watched and they put it in the garage alright, next to the other cars they were working on, and not touching mine...I thought, they cant seriously be this bad, where is the hidden camera? Already severely ticked off, I just grabbed a magazine and tried to sweat it out for another 30 minutes, so I wouldnt attack anyone there...finally, they come back with the car to me and guess what? NOTHING WAS DONE TO IT! After all that, they outright refused to do the WARRANTY SERVICE as described in a MANDATORY GM service bulletin...I talked to every next-higher manager they had until I got someone that listened a little before spewing out excuses. He ultimately backed his service dept. but said they would concede, only because of the trouble they were causing for me (a few hours had gone by and I needed to be at work earlier)...they still wouldnt fess-up to not wanting to do warranty work because it doesnt make them much money (true). So I leave the car with them and they get their "limo", which is a shoddy van, to take me to work which was 10 minutes south of there...they start to head north so I tell them where to go and they say that they have to pick up someone else that is nearby--yeah, nearby was about a 30min. drive to pick up some guy that the jerks at the dealership were friends with...another 30+min ride back now, listening to these 2 tools talk like idiots. Good thing my job isnt one that follows a strict schedule because I would have lost half of a day! I call them early near the end of the day, to come pick me up and take me STRAIGHT there, no exceptions...but they were late for that too. But we got there and I was taken to my car, I signed the paperwork and then went to get in my car--THERE WAS A CIGARETTE BURN IN IT!!!!!! I dont smoke and Im a meticulous perfectionist about keeping my cars clean, so theres no way it came from me. I go back and drag the mgr over, now that Im completely irate, and he has the nerve to tell me that they didnt do it, "because none of his guys smoke" he says--of course there were about 4 guys on a smoke break just behind him. Again, up to the top of the food chain to the mgr who just wants to get rid of me, and says hell order the part personally and have it sent to me, because there was NO WAY I was going to let them touch it again. Such a shock, the part never came and when I called about it, they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. So to say these guys are despicable, lying, unprofessional, dishonest, and incompetent would be a COMPLEMENT!!! DO NOT GO THERE FOR ANYTHING OR YOU WILL BE HERE POSTING UP YOUR SOB STORY TOO!!!

I can honestly say I feel completely taken advantage of and almost victimized by this place and their employees. On Monday, July 27, 2015, my disabled aunt and I found our way in the doors of this dealership, not because we wanted to but because we really didnt have many options at the moment. Being from Ohio, we were on vacation when we started having pretty bad car problems with my aunts car. My aunt, being legally blind, surrendered her license a few years ago so I was the driver. After weighing in with a really good mechanic elsewhere, we decided it would be best to trade the car in because we didnt have the couple days it was going to take to get it fixed. Not being from this area we went to the closest dealership from the mechanics shop. It happened to be this one. Our salesman, Jim Perry, showed us a couple cars on the computer then sent us out to the lot to look at some by ourselves while he went to help a guy buying a truck. The cars in this lot seriously lack information about each vehicle.... What options they have, mileage, price, etc. Being left alone in the lot made it impossible to ask any questions about any of the cars. Knowing we were in a position where we had to get out the door in something, this guy wouldnt even try to discuss a better price. When we were going to test drive a car, he kept pushing the issue that he couldnt let my aunt drive the car. News flash buddy, no legally blind person wants to try to get behind the wheel especially in an unfamiliar area. She wasnt asking to drive. Then he tried to tell us that my aunt couldnt purchase the vehicle because she doesnt have a license. We went though hassle after hassle, biting our tongues the whole time because all we wanted to do was just get out of there. This guy was more focused on telling us about a $1800 picture of his wife and the time him and his dad broke down than he was getting us to the point that we could walk out. At one point he was down with Barry the financing guy, and when I went to ask him something they were both in there just sitting there laughing, neither one doing anything to get our paperwork going. He finally came back in and said that he told Barry to just give us the low interest rate cuz we had been thru enough, truth is my aunts credit is awesome enough she shouldve gotten a 0% rate. We felt ridiculed most of the time we were there, and knew if we left and went somewhere else we were going to have to start all over and get back on the road that much later. This is definitely not the first time either one of us has been at a dealership buying a car, but I can honestly say this is the first time both of us felt like we were taken advantage of, ridiculed, played like puppets on strings. If I had the ability to print this off and post it across their building I would. This is the first negative review I have ever posted for any place, and I mean every word of it. A tip to Jim: treat your customers like real people and quit being so fake. Youre clear as glass and people can see right through you.

This is out of the norm as I typically review restaurants, but I believe this business deserve a little bit of my time and to share my car shopping experience. First thing, the site was easy to navigate, fast, and clean - the collection of vehicles they have was great and the inventory seem accurate. Even got my $500 trade-in bonus and a $25 Amazon gift card for test driving a vehicle. I submitted an online interest on a 2016 BMW 435i late at night and first thing Monday morning I received a call from Jay (Internet Sales). He was pleasant to speak with and understood my interest of the vehicle. I scheduled to stop by late in the afternoon to test drive the said vehicle. I was about an hour and some change late showing up for my scheduled test drive which was about 45 minutes left into their business hours but was still able to find someone who was able to assists. Raven who was part of the Pre-owned department helped me into the driver seat of the BMW and drove it for some time to make sure the car is up to par for my like. Returned back with the car and started working on the numbers for a good 20+ minutes pushing it past their business hours. Unfortunately, we couldnt come up with the numbers that we can agree on and I left the dealership without a new pre-owned car. My experience here was positive due to a few things: 1. Inventory was accurate 2. Car was in presentable shape (clean) when I arrive (even after my scheduled time) 3. Sales rep (Raven) was easy to talk to, she didnt pressure me on anything, and allowed me to experience the vehicle on my own. No sales pitch needed which was good 4. Management rep (Joel) was also pretty straight forward and pleasant to deal with; unfortunately, we couldnt come to an agreement on the price or I would have left with the vehicle that night Minus 1 star for: 1. There are a couple of sales rep on the main floor that lack common courtesy, burping loudly when you still have customers inside is not "professional" 2. The layout of how the vehicles are parked could be improved, not sure if this can be accomplished since the lot is restricted being beside the flea market My overall experience at this dealership is positive despite unable to purchase a vehicle.
