DO NOT GO HERE!! End of January my husband bought a stackable washer and dryer here for $499.00. March 28, 2017 the locking mechanism went, still had a 90 day warranty so he called and they said they would be out the next day between 1-2. I left work early to meet them and they never came, my husband called but they did answer so he left a message. They texted him back saying theyre at the movies! I then called but answer so I left a message and got a text back saying Im in a meeting! I then called and got an answer, he told me that I would need unhook it, load it and bring it to the store because we didnt have them deliverer it! I said to them its full with water and cloths! Later my husband and I drove to the store and seen someone sitting out side in a camper chair drinking a 24oz.

I purchased a kenmore washer and dryer... paid in cash owner told me he only dealt in cash... he promised delivery the next day at 2:00 pm... I call numerous times with no answer and mailbox full... I decided to text him to no avail.. after waiting at home for over 2 hours I decided to go to the store in person. I get there and his helpers are outside, and hes inside laying back on a chair , having a conversation with friends!!! I lost it ... hes unprofessional, irresponsible and his word is worthless!!! I demanded my appliances that instant or my money back... he had no choice but to give me my money.. or deal with the raft of Maria... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PlACE!!!

Its disgusting dirty in there looks like scumbags Who Run It smell like drugs in there said it was going to be delivered at 10 a.m. never got my refrigerator went there at 2 and theyre sitting on that dirty disgusting couch his excuse for not delivering it was he forgot he had to go to child support I said I dont want your refrigerator I want my money back didnt want to give me my money back until I called the cops they only got one star because thats the only way I could write something on here they will get Negative if I could dont ever buy anything from them

Bought a stainless refrigerator 2 months ago, it worked fine up until now. The refrigerator section stopped being cold but the freezer part still works effectively. Ive called and stopped by the store plenty of times and all they say is " ok give me your # and address and well call you back". No one has come by or returned my calls so now I will be taking them to court all over a refrigerator. They just lost a customer!

Terrible.....purchased a refrigerator and it did not work properly, contacted business owner who said nothing is wrong with the refrigerator. It still did not work we asked him to pick it up and fix it, he picked it and he refused to fix it, refused to plug it in to show it works, replace it with another or refund my money. Now I have no refrigerator and he has my money.

Nice guys working there. The price was great and free delivery the day of purchase. However, they gave me the wrong instruction manual (not even for the right type of product) and told me the wrong manufacturing year.
