In general the store is fine..... But this mean old lady working there made my 8 year old son feel very embarrassed. He was looking at the lanyards and trying to buy a few of them. One of them accidentally fell from his hand. This mean lady worker made him put all of them back on their right place as if he was messing around. He was extremely embarrassed. I told her I will do instead of him. Yet she was not ready to listen. He is a very shy kid and very well behaved. He already shies away from interacting with people and she gave him good reason to keep doing so. Moreover, she had no reason to be so mean to a little kid. She totally scared and intimidated him by doing so. Has she not seen what people do in stores. Most of the time they put things back in a wrong places. He was so upset the entire evening. He said he doesnt want to go to any store anymore and not even to school. It took me all evening to help him get over it. It is so unfair that people vent out their own frustrations on little kids.

Had a terrible experience in the Garden section this past weekend. I was in the store to get the same Window Box I got a few weeks ago. There was one left but it was missing price tag, liner, and brackets. I ask a young male worker to see if they had any other ones in stock or if they had extra brackets. He said there was 4 in stock. He complained the whole time about how the stocked shelves were messy, how he needed to get a ladder to look. He even said at one point I dont think we have it before he even looked in any of the boxes! I was very patient and suggested maybe he get someone else who knows this area better. This whole process took about 30 mins if not longer! I finally said screw it and just bought the window box and ended up finding the brackets on amazon. This was guy was so lazy! Not my fault your shelves are messy and regardless, it is your job to help me find what I need! Im going to Lowes next time I need something. Dont shop here!!

Did not enjoy my experience here at all. My mother and I were looking for a specific garden decoration at the outdoor department. We asked an employee where we could find the item and he said "Sorry! We used to carry garden decorations but we dont carry them anymore. You wont find them here." Lo and behold! An entire aisle filled with garden decorations including the item we specifically asked the employee. It definitely seemed like he wanted to give the easy answer and make his workday a bit easier. And then, during check out when my mother was using her card, the cashier said with a firm voice "Use the chip! The chip!" as if he was talking to a child. How degrading! Not sure if the majority of employees at this Home Depot are like this, but I DO NOT appreciate that at all!!!

I know this place is convenient but thats about it the people there are stupid as hell they dont know anything about any of the products that they sell the guy working in the lumber department doesnt even know what the underlayment plywood is for flooring I asked him for help he walks away as Im leaving after I just climbed the rack to get my plywood hes outside smoking, all the workers that work in there are just there for a paycheck they are uneducated unprofessional and just flat-out terrible and that is whats wrong with America and yes this is a run on sentence cuz Im speaking in my phone and I dont even care f*** that place, also the aisles where I f****** mess to, two f****** hours to get three pieces of f****** underlayment flooring that place is garbage

Horrible. Their service is inept and their shipping and receiving Department is incompetent. Every time I come here I have to wait 30 to 45 minutes for my order thats even if they have my order right then I have to wait another 30 minutes for the person with The Forklift to lift the pallet on my truck. I have been in Contracting for years and have visited over 10 Home Depots in the South Jersey area and out of every Home Depot Ive ever been to this is unequivocally the worst and should close down. Im giving him one star simply because the employees are at least polite about their Idiocracy.

I dont come to Home Depot to be pestered by an annoying salesperson chasing me around the store begging me to purchase new cabinets. The jerk they had hired for tonight (March 17, 2016) was especially bothersome. I told her I was tired of telling her no. She laughed. The best reason to go to a local hardware store is Home Depot. Also, stop making the cashiers ask if I want a credit card. No. I saw how you destroyed quality brand tools for greed. Im not trusting Home Depot with my private information, including what else Im purchasing and where.

I went back in today for the first time in a while and I forgot why I dont go to this Home Depot. This is the only hardware store in the area that is not pet friendly. I walked to the store and no one said anything to me until some cashier ran up and rudely make sure she told me that no dogs were allowed. thats fine you can make your own rules say no dogs are allowed but when someones in there with their pet you could be a little bit nicer. Looks like we are going to continue to be Lowes customers or Home Depot Cherry Hill customers.

In a previous review, I spoke of a nearby Lowes and my adventure buying gardening soil. To complete the garden, it was time to purchase a real good reel lawn mower. I have never used a lawn mower without an engine, but I am looking forward to the lifetime of memories that Home Depot sold me in a Scotts brand of reel mower. The three staff members I spoke with were very helpful and friendly. The checkout counter accepted multiple forms of payment including EMV enabled cards.

Purchased 3 of black tubing, 1 funnel, a steel ring attachment and 1 pair of sunglasses. The sunglasses did not deduct from my image as well as providing some much needed protection from snow glare for just $5, great value for money! The other purchases with 5 minuets of labour produced a very functional but not particularly asthetically pleasing beer bong. In summary, great practicality without too much damage to the wallet.

We had previously purchased a kitchen light from Home Depot. When my husband was replacing a bulb, the globe fell and broke. We went to Home Depot in Mt. Laurel, NJ and was helped by an employee, Elaine. She was the most helpful, friendly, efficient, and caring associate we have ever encountered in the store. She is truly an asset to Home Depot and the epitome of an excellence in the work place.

Every time I come to this Home Depot, Im harassed by salespeople who want to sell me solar panels, test my water, or resurface my kitchen cabinets. This has been going on for years. I wish they would just leave me alone and let me shop in peace! But they wont, so I avoid shopping here, and just go to Lowes instead.
