I recently purchased a dishwasher - Whirlpool Gold series from HOME DEPOT. Got the installation and 5 yr service warranty with the product. It was scheduled for installation on Friday 6/27/14. The installation guys came promptly during scheduled window. Installation was completed smoothly within an hour. They left with test cycle on. Me and my wife were excited the new dishwasher, finally will have more time for each other and can leave some dirty work for dishwasher. Our excitement went to vain in next couple hours. we went to check the dishwasher, it was running for more than 2 hours on test cycle. when the cycle got over, I opened the dishwasher there was water inside, it didnt drain completely. I called up homedepot and they said it could be some error, please try to run one more cycle may be it will fix by then. I ran the NORMAL wash cycle, lasted for 2 more hours. after that clean light Led so I thought hopefully this time it should have drained. AGAIN NO LUCK... still water inside. I tried pressing Cancel button motor ran but no drain yet. Again called HOME DEPOT and asked to replace the machine or send out the technician to check. They said they dont come on weekend as they are already scheduled. they asked me to call Whirlpool as manufacturer will have 1 year warranty will kick in first then homedepot warranty will come. I asked them to call whirlpool and schedule the appointment for me. They did and finally they said technician will come on Tuesday 7/1/14. I was at home waiting for technician till 12 pm today. No call from any company so curiously I called back homedepot to verify my appointment time. Homedepot said they dont schedule the appointment so I should call maytag whirlpool to confirm the company name who is coming to check the dishwasher. I said I am not going to call you guys should tell me where is my technician. finally guy on phone understood and went ahead to call whirlpool. About an hour later he called back and said, He had situation that the 3rd party whirlpool has scheduled has no work order for me today. There is some miscommunication during weekend. He has scheduled again the same company for tomorrow july 2nd, I have lost hope with the HOME DEPOT. Not sure what they or 3rd party will do tomorrow. If nothing happens by tomorrow then I have decided to return this garbage dishwasher and wont use any HOMEDEPOT appliances in future. Worst experience ever. I never give any reviews but the frustration they gave us has forced me to write this one...

The worst customer service I have ever received. We redid our kitchen with Home Depot and it was the biggest mistake. Our cabinet came broken and took 4 weeks for the new one to come, setting us back an entire month. Then there was miscommunication with the countertop company, which they outsource, and we ended up having to pay over $500 more than expected. The management throughout the store has no concern or care for their customers. They offer no compensation besides the cost of the late cabinet ($180 for a month without a kitchen) and refuse to stay in touch and call back when they claim they will. I will never shop at this store again and highly suggest that you do not use Home Depot for any projects. The quality of their products and service is an absolute disgrace.

Poor customer service. Cashier rang me up wrong. Then put the wrong item in my bag. Literally walked right to the return line to settle it. Told me it was the wrong item (duh, I just told you that and that is why Im here.) Told me to go get the correct item. Got it from the cashier. Went back to the return desk. Still wouldnt process it. Called another person. She went to the cashier for an explanation. Finally got the return done because I spend my money on good service, not crappy service. And no one offered to help me on the floor.

Bought counter top 8 years ago. It was installed poorly and has leaked under sink. rotted out my cabinet and damaged the wall behind it. Windows now sagging an floor damaged under cabinet as well a creating a source for bugs. Home Depot has told me because of the age, I am out of luck. this is something that happened over time. I had no idea it was this bad. Very poor company to work with. Does any one know a good lawyer? This company deserves a 0

My earlier review wasnt positive, so it was removed. I like home depot a lot, but by far this is the least favorite one I have every had to use. Some of the staff will lie to your face / hide from you / say theyll be right back and ditch you, while others are left to actually do the work. If I were manager there Id fire 1/2 the staff or do pay cuts if I saw them disrespecting customers.

BIG thanks goes out to Oscar Truell (manager) for ALL his help with a generator I had purchased, from several states away, for my Mother in PA.......He went above and beyond to help us. He put the "service" back in customer service and we can not thank him enough - HOME DEPOT store #4102, hold onto Oscar as he will be sought after, because good help is hard to find!

Some of the employees offered help when I didnt need it but I couldnt find anyone when I did need them. I was also approached by an annoying salesman claiming to be from Chicago wanting to give me a free consultation on a kitchen, that process was the worst. He was very pushy, typical salesman.

Rose in the Doors department was phenomenal (10/26/15 pm)! She spent a great amount of time sharing all the features and benefits of sliding glass doors, and put our minds at ease. She also offered to contact the manufacturer to confirm warranties. Rose - truly an asset! Thank you!

The best customer service. They always do what they can to help, most of the time going out of their way to help, even if what you need help with isnt in their department. They do what they can, and if they cant help with your specific project, they find someone who can.

The employees are miserable. They are very unwilling to help with anything at all, and when they do, theyre not at all helpful. They think they know everything and the customer knows nothing... but they really dont know anything about what theyre doing, either.

I went there looking for some safety bathroom stuff for my elderly mother and when I asked 2 employees that were just standing around talking they helped me but they acted like was a problem like I was bothering them. I will not go back.

They leave out pallets of things in the middle of the aisle, making getting to things difficult. However, every person that helped me did so without making me feel like I was inconvenience for asking a question.

This store is full of incompetents. seriously do not use their pro desk, it is awful. Always giving the wrong information, nothing arrives on time. go here and you will regret it.
