I totally agree; Earl is terrific. My refrigerator went due to many times the electric went out and fried a clamp that originally Earl said cannot be replaced but he went to his truck and got an "alligator clamp" he called it and used that. Saved me a lot of money because I would have needed to buy a new refrigerator. Very honest and very quick service. Highly recommend him and, in fact, just did to my husbands boss.

Tri State Appliance is an honest business owned and run by Earl for as long as I can remember. He has been repairing my appliances over the years - always honest - always prompt - and his rates are very reasonable. I was just looking up Earls # online to talk to him about my stove and thought Id let others know that Earl is an honest businessman - really.

Bought a washer and dryer here two years ago, came with a 6 month warranty. Had no problems until last week when dryer blew a fuse (my fault, I overloaded it and it overheated). They helped us find the part and now everything is working great again. Great customer service and VERY friendly people. I recommend them to everyone :-)

Mary was right! Earl just fixed the motherboard on my fridge using OEM parts. Same day service, very reasonable prices, and friendly to boot! I will definitely be calling Tri State if I have any issues with any of my appliances from now on. A+
