I had the worst experience of my life with one of the biggest, if not biggest purchase, at the Milltown Home Depot. I researched and waited until the time was right to order all new appliances for my kitchen. I finally purchased and without compromises ALL top of the line Samsung products. My purchase was on June 30, 2017. To date, ONLY my Stove and Convection Microwave were successfully delivered - The installers deceived me. They installed my stove and microwave and removed my appliances knowing full well that the remaining items were so damaged that they would not be accepted. They didnt even bring them into my home. After 3 attempts they have still not been able to provide me with products that are not significantly damaged. That is also 3 days I have had to take off of work - and yes, I spoke to lots of representatives throughout all of this, but no one is capable of ensuring what they say happens - AND it HASNT. I have YET to be able to use my appliances!!! AND if you think this is the worst of everything, it is NOT!!! It does get worse and it should be UNACCEPTABLE! When they installed my stove, the Installers made the decision to not remove my old stoves anti-tip device on the left of the wall and instead, install the new anti-tip device on on the right side. WELL, they screwed right into my waterline!!! It was not discovered until late that night AND at that point, it FLOODED my finished basement. All water had to be shut off in my home, Disaster restoration had to come to my home to re-mediate the water damage, emergency plumbing services, assessors, etc. When I called Home Depot, I was told they filed a claim and to go through MY homeowners for this!!! No one, no one that I have spent hours speaking to has followed through with anything. I have not yet received the remaining two appliance and NOT a representative of HOME DEPOT or their representatives have been helpful nor is anyone truly trying to help me. As a long-time customer of Home Depot and primarily the Milltown Store - this is not only by far my worst experience with them - it is my worst buying experience ever. I understand things go wrong - BUT it is unacceptable and it has to be unacceptable for not one person to actually do something to help the customer. I have to keep reminding myself that I am the customer, but I have not been treated as such.

Nice people but poor overall service. Long story short, I ordered four appliances two weeks in advance, then three days before delivery they call me and leave me a voicemail that one of the four appliances is out of stock so they are going to reschedule the delivery of all four of the appliances for two weeks further out. They didnt consult me on the new date, they just scheduled me without asking. Secondly with renovations going on I could not wait two more weeks. Why not deliver the three pieces in stock and deliver the one piece they didnt have later? Reason being they wanted to be cheap and not have to pay to deliver twice. No problem I canceled my order and went with P.C Richards & Sons store and they had lower prices and delivered the next day. Where this story gets interesting is it is two weeks later and I have called Home Depot several times and still dont have a refund of thousands of dollars as they "are waiting on the manufacturer to release the order". I dont care about the manufacturer, I ordered from Home Depot not manufacturer so Home Depot should refund me my money and take this up with the manufacturer themselves . I am disputing the charges with my credit card company. If you dont call Home Depot and follow up daily then you will never get a refund and they will steal your money. Do yourself a favor and dont shop at Home Depot. A suggestion go to P.C Richards. I had an excellent experience with them with no hassles even when I had to make changes.

Love Home Depot and they products they have. I rarely right online reviews, but felt compelled to after the customer service or lack there of I was given yesterday. Long story short, I needed help finding a product and see three old timers standing around chatting away with each other. I stood by assuming they would stop since I was there. After 10 seconds of going unnoticed I said "excuse me" and finally was given some attention. To the old timers working in the first aisle by the light bulbs....your job is to keep an eye out for customers and provide an actual service!! Im all for having some down time when its called for, but if you make conversing with colleagues your number 1 priority youll never notice a customer who needs assistance.

While I find the selection at most hardware stores to be more or less the same, what really distinguished this store is the staff. I have never had a rude encounter here nor found someone who did not seem genuinely happy to help me. When I was working on bat boxes for a Boy Scout service project, I had a long list of items I needed. The staff member who helped me, led me to exactly what I needed for over an hour giving me the advice and assistance I needed. Not only that, but the manager made a donation to the project when prompted (I did not receive a donation from Lowes). Overall, all other things equal, the employees are what make shopping here a good experience.

There is never one aisle that is clear (last week also, not just today. Every single aisle has either a wagon filled with damaged or re-worked merchandise, equipment, side winders, ladders, flat beds with merchandise piled on it (no customers in sight)...it took me longer to get to the register today than do my shop because I had to move something every few seconds. Oh yea, one register open and the self serve girl was overwhelmed with people. And for petes sake - mill and pave the parking lot! Everything vibrates off the flat beds and wagons the ground is so pitted.

Home Depot is the Walmart of the home improvement world. Lower quality name brand stuff. If you really want high quality. Go to a real plumbing, painting, electrical etc supply store. Frequently has isles closed during the day to restock items that should be restocked before opening in the morning. Im a contractor. I dont have time to stand around with my thumb up my butt waiting around for Home Depot to do restocking. This should all be done before opening their doors.

I have rental properties and do a lot of renovation and repairs. The home depot in Milltown is a great place. Theres knowledgeable and helpful people throughout the store. Jim and Sam in flooring, Chris in windows, Mary, Ron, and Paul in Kitchens, Mike in plumbing, Ernie in electrical and lots of others whose names I dont know. All these people are happy to help and know what theyre doing. I highly recommend Home depot in Milltown!

This is really the same as all the other home depots I have been to, as far as what they have, but the staff at this particular location has been less than helpful numerous times. I work for a Contracting company, and when I go to a Home Depot that I havent been to a lot, I need help finding things, and it seems the staff just isnt extremely knowledgeable at this location.
