The people are very cheerful when dealing with them. Then the problems start. I asked if the installers were employees of Home Depot, and I was assured they were. Not true. they use a third party installer. I special ordered my flooring and was told they would contact me when the flooring came in. When I called to ask if it ever came in (an installation date had been chosen), I was told I was to have called them. kinda tough to do since it was special ordered and they needed to call me. They then told me i could come pick up the order ( 15 boxes of engineered flooring) which I had already paid to be delivered. They finally got someone to deliver it, when I was told it was curbside delivery. I already had paid for it to be brought inside. I wont bore you with the rest, but American Carpet South never calls when they say, and a month has gone by with no call, and no replacement of damaged flooring. I cannot ever recommend using them.

This place is right down the road from a Lowes. I usually go up 23 North, which puts me at Home Depot first when I need supplies. Ive started skipping it, and going straight to the Lowes up the road. I feel like the Lowes has better selection, more helpful staff, better prices, and is generally a better store. It has always taken me ages to find people on the salesfloor when I have a question. They also dont do tool rental as another reviewer said, which I find to be very silly. On the bright side, this Home Depot has a self-checkout, which I always find to be fun to use.

This is just your average Home Depot. Fits the requirements when needed. Usually better products than Lowes. Lowes has better service. Be aware that manufacturers produce cheaper quality products for these outlets, just like Walmart, to market to the masses.

The Riverdale Home Depot is a big store on NJ-23. Staff is friendly and nice. Selection is good. The Only Problem is Route 23 in Riverdale is congested with traffic and it is kind of hard to leave the store.

Better than normal Home Depots because of the area it is in. Rarely busy. Staff is helpful.
