I normally dont write any reviews, in fact, I just created a google account to be able to. However, I had such an exceptional experience here that i had to share it. I had an issue with the installation of my dishwasher, I spoke with Franky in appliances and he took care of the issue. He was professional, friendly but most importantly he took care of the problem right away. Franky is a great asset to home depot, he has all those great qualities that have been lost in customer service. He made me feel like a valued customer, and that unfortunately you dont get frequently. Because of people like Franky with no doubt, I will come back here and buy again.

I really love home depot, I needed a champagne color aluminum blind, and the associate that was there in that particular department, told me not be discouraged, we will find them, lol he called every depot to see if we can find them, he tried one last store in Middletown, del., and surprisingly they had told us that the reason why they didnt have anymore of those, is because they were being discontinued, but then he said hold on a minute, and when he came back to the phone, he said we have good news we have 5 left, I was so happy, I drove to Middletown, delaware and I got my blinds, (yaaaay

What is happening with delivery at Watchung, HD? Three times delivery was pushed back by a matter of days. Now the project is delayed two weeks. Their phone handling is horrible when we try to follow up (say its to be morning delivery and call to check up after 1pm) because it seems they are too busy- so I notice that I get thrown into a loop between customer service/pro desk and delivery- sometimes several times. I am now trying to get delivery again to take back and replace materials that were broken during or before loading.

The biggest collection of morons ever who have been assembled on the face of the earth. Customer service has the smarts of a rack of yard tools, floor employees are basically half a chromosome away from being shaved apes (and that is an insult to apes) and management would be better off donating their bodies to science to figure out how people this stupid could find their way to work everyday. God help anyone who wants something delivered from there.

Ive been shopping at this home depot for a few years. Its not a very good store. The employees are not very knowledgeable. The store is dirty, badly organized and frequently out of stock on popular items. If you like having to make multiple vista to fix the same problem - this is the store for you. If you want it done once - and right - try Loews. I will not shop at this store again.

You need it they got it! As expected a wide selection of tools, materials, and decor. In a Home Depot you have everything to build a house from the ground up. This one also has a section just for gardening which is nice. Spacious parking and a dock for loading heavy material.

Customer service desk worked very hard for us to help locate an item we need . Unfortunately they were not successful due to the computer system, never the less we were greatly appreciative of the time they took with us even though it was busy there. Thank you!

I had a great experiences at this store. Great customer service, very helpful. There were complications with my pro account, staff were very patient and helped me through it. The cell service is very bad in this store. The best home depot I have been too yet.

One of my favorite Home Depots. I work for a contracting company and have been to many different Home Depots. At this particular location, the store seems to be continually kept clean, the staff is extremely helpful, and has great parking.

I needed blinds for 6 windows. The staff was very helpful and nice especially Bob who cut the window blinds for me. Each window had its own measurements. Bob was organized, friendly, and completed the work in a timely fashion

OK service and selection as far as Home Depot goes. A HUGE star off this rating because cell service is awful in the store. So calling home to make sure the color is correct or the part is the right one is next to impossible.

Its Home Depot. Well stocked. Service is pretty good. Its local. Some departments are unattended but if catch it right (daytime) youll get good advice.
