I wanted to take a minute and review True Value in Pine Bush, NY. I have recently remodeled a new house top to bottom and purchased all my Benjamin Moore paints from that store. I will say that their General Manager Al Howard does not stand behind their products and services or the franchise name. I have had the wrong color paint mixed and had my contractor paint my trim and doors with it, and when calling the store to try and tell the manager about the situation, I got the "what do you want me to do about it" attitude. After telling me: "it is your own fault" the GM proceeded to say that they are a franchise and he works for himself, therefore I can either shop at true value or not, doesnt make any difference to him. Very disappointing, considering that I have purchased a lot of products for my renovation there and will never shop at True Value again, that location or any other due to the fact that Customer Service or positive experience mean nothing to them. I would much rather shop here than at Home Depot or Lowes. They almost always have what I need when I need it.
