I am giving two stars vs. one star because of the gentleman that helped me pick my Christmas tree. Before he came to help me there were two young men in the Christmas tree area. I looked at both and said I needed assistance with the trees. They looked at me and then looked away as if I didnt even register to them. They began yacking and complaining to one another about their jobs (vs. actually doing their jobs) and I said "excuse me" loudly to get their attention again. They looked at me and I calmly repeated that I needed assistance. One of them asked if I needed help bringing the tree to my car. I explained that I needed it trimmed and netted. He told me he wasnt allowed to use the equipment and shrugged. He was done. So again both of them just kind of drifted about as if they were bored with nothing to do. So I repeated a third time, in a frustrated tone but my no means a nasty or rude one, that I still need someone to assist me with the tree. Finally the second guy announces over the loud speaker that someone needs assistance. That was bad but what really annoyed me so much more was what the first guy said after I told him that I cant understand why it took three attempts to get them to help me. This guy says "yeah, its about respect. We should respect such a nice young lady." I looked at him shocked. Hes young enough to be my kid. I responded, "its not about being a "nice young lady, its about a customer asking for assistance." He was quiet and the gentleman I first mentioned came soon after. Including the time I voiced how frustrated I was having to repeatedly ask for assistance, I was NEVER mean or rude to those guys. For him to have the AUDACITY to speak to me as if it is MY JOB to make sure he thinks I am "nice" so that he may feel more inclined to do his job while he is at work is unbelievable. Would he have said that to me if I had been my brother, or if my brother had been with me? I am so bothered by that but with another Home Depot up the road in Parsippany, at least I have other options. By the way, the gentleman I first mentioned not only helped trim and load my tree on my car but also helped me pick a better tree than I had originally.

DO NOT & I MEAN DO NOT buy your appliances from this store. I went to this store to buy an appliance package for my nephew and his girlfriend as a house warming gift which included the install package on all 7 appliances spending over $8,000.00. Delivery day, July 8th, 2017 and time 10am came, no show. Their delivery company finally showed up at 5pm and proceeded to bring in all of the appliances and start installing so we thought. They were not prepared or educated enough to install. They did not have tools with them so my nephew had to lend them the tools needed. They put the dishwasher in the middle of their kitchen and started to prep to install when they realized it was beyond their ability and left. That night when the dishes needed to be washed they noticed all of this water coming from under the kitchen cabinet and realized these installers discounted the water line but never capped and this water has now damaged their kitchen cabinets and their flooring. They also noticed that their carpet was stained from them installing their washer and dryer with this green greasy stuff. They tried to get this resolved by calling this store and was given the run around so they thought best to go in person but was given the run around there too. No one would take responsibility for this damage. They were told to scrub the carpet themselves and to go through their home owner insurance policy to get the damages covered to their kitchen cabinets and flooring. Still to this day their dishwasher is sitting in the middle of their kitchen, their kitchen floor and cabinets are ruined and the stain will not come out after scrubbing with every carpet cleaner on the planet. This is a nightmare for them to be living like this and I am disgusted on how this Home Depot employees and managers have handle this situation. Shame on You!!!!

5 Stars All The Way! Went to Home Depot for some Andersen Replacement Windows after getting extremely high quotes from Pella and NJ Siding & Windows. Had to replace 11 windows and 1 big Bow Window. Steven helped me throughout the process and was very patient going over everything and making sure everything was correct. He even told me about a 20% discount Andersen was having in a few days and told me to wait to place the order and save the money. After my discount, Home Depot came in about 60-65% lower than Pella and NJ Siding & Windows. I said where do I sign?? After the purchase Steven was ON TOP of his game. He called me almost weekly with updates making sure the entire process went smooth. I got the windows in from Home Depot about a week ago and everything was as ordered. Installed half of them so far including the big bow window and they look great. Install went smooth and the windows look and operate as they should. Just got another call from Steven today thanking me for the business and making sure I was 100% Satisfied. I couldnt be happier. Prior to purchasing windows I read a lot of reviews and there were some bad ones about other Home Depot locations. I truly think it depends on who you work with because I would certainly use them in the future. Even if something happens with one of my Andersens I have no problem replacing it rather than spending more than double with the other companies. Thanks again to Steven and the Home Depot Team!

Everytime I visit this place as of late, I see multiple problems with it. Something is obviously wrong with this stores management! Yesterday, there were no shopping carts inside the store. There were sprawled out all over the parking lot. No one was gathering them. There was no greeter. When I asked an employee for help in getting items from a higher shelf, the guy helped out, but did that with an obvious attitude. Most employees are tweeting or chatting with each other. They are not being proactive in assisting customers.

Best customer service, After going to a local home depot in my area and experiencing the worst customer service experience we went to Pine Brook thinking they had what we were looking for in stock which unfortunately they didnt but Dan from the garden department made sure we left satisfied finding us what we needed in our price range. Thank you DAN and Shelia (Manager) for getting us our Christmas Tree you made our Princess very happy!

Its a large HD store from the ones around and I usually find most of the stuff I need. Staff is, generally speaking helpful, with the only exception the took rental folks who for some reason tend to have short patience. Ive worked with the doors folks buying a couple of custom size doors and they have taken the time to help and go thru the options. Check out is usually fast.

The best customer service of any Home Depot Ive ever been, and Ive been to many all over the country, and all the ones in this area. I was there a long time with a long shopping list, and dealt with several salespeople. They were consistently helpful and well-informed. WOW! What a pleasant experience! Congrats to the whole team there.
