This location sucks as far as customer service goes. There selection of merchandise is also very small compared to other locations, such as the Edison store. The staff is very unhelpful and most of the employees at this location either tell you that they dont work in that department or have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. I have seen customers ask some of the female employees that work in the Appliances department questions and get rudely turned down. There first response is "I dont work in that department" and then dont even have the decency to refer the customer to someone who does. Thats just plain lazy. No excuse for that. Whats more hilarious about this location is that they ask for a store review upon completion of the survey that you get printed out on the receipt after a purchase. When you leave a negative review they reject it. No wonder they have a 4.7 star review out of 5 stars on there company website. I wonder how many of those reviews are legit considering that they reject any negative reviews?? Seems pretty biased to me. If you are going to shop at this location I recommend knowing exactly what you are looking for so that you will have to ask as few questions as possible to any of the staff here. Otherwise, you will be in for a long day here. There is another review here about this store posted in Spanish. I can completely understand where he is coming from. I have had the same issues at this location. Which is why I come here for the bare minimum.

I was traveling with my friends to south Carolina. We got a flat tire on the Jersey turnpike. Got towed to a tow shop in Elizabeth, new Jersey.. Got left there on the side of the road. Tried three times to get road side assistance. No good! We drove the car to home depot 6905 in Elizabeth,new Jersey. We slept in the parking lot until the store opened at 7. We then went inside to find the tools we needed to remove the tire and put the spare on. Your employee Onell from hardware went above and beyond great customer service. He helped us by trying to find the right tools..to jacking the car up to changing the tire. He worked with us in the parking lot for over an hour and half. Thank you Onell!! Cuenta con pocos materiales de construcción el lugar es muy pequeño las personas que trabajan ahí no tienen idea de lo que venden ni te ayudan mucho parece que no los entrenan muy bien en esa tienda uno tiene que buscar las cosas

I had a hard time getting my new refrigerator, a situation that could be very frustrating, however Lorena was so concern and professional about it, that I couldnt get mad. She made a bad situation, be a good experience since I feel I gained a new friend. Thank you Lorena. You are the best!!!

I came in looking for kitchen cabinet lighting and Tash was a great help in helping me choose one. Tash as well as Daisy at the register were very nice, helpful and down to earth. And the manager Jose made sure I found what I was looking for. Thank you!! I will definitely be going back.

They have the best staff members working there who are willing to help you look for the supplies that you need without wasting time. I always get most of the supplies I need for my home from there. I love shopping from them and I would recommend them to my friends and family members.

This place is good for basic things around the house. The staff is nice but not all that knowledgeable if you have very specific questions. If you have a big project I recommend going to the larger Home Depot in Linden.

Go there for the convenience seems like the staff just wants to talk to each other and does not have time for the customers. although the garden department is always helpful its like its a different store.

This Home Depot is so small, however, the employees are helpful and this Home Depot branch is clean unlike other Home Depots Ive been to. I am happy and looking forward to shopping at this location.

They do have a helpful staff , however this is a small Home Depot , so you wont find every thing the larger stores have of course. Just a heads up to people who arent familiar with the area.
