Not happy with this home depot for the reason being i bought bamboo floor from them and thay stated its dent and scratch resistant, so i bought it and per home depot employee an underlayment was needed to complete the installation but per manufacture it needed a glue but anyway i did not know that before so the story goes like this after few days of installation i am starting to see dent on it already its not even a week and i heard bamboo floor was good so anyway i contacted their store manager and they said nothing can be done at this point i told them that i was not educated on the floor so i was not even asking for any money just give me a another type of flooring and all they could do is give me $100 for misunderstanding, i did tell them i dont need money i just need new flooring but they are not helping me. I told them i still have the boxes and Ill rip the floor out and return it and i have about one year on returns when you buy on the home depot card do either way they get me new floor or Ill be returning the floor that i was not educated on it properly.

New homeowner working on landscaping. I went in the spring and a man named Vinnie spent decent time helping me pick out plants and educating me on tips -answering all my questions regardless of how many I had! I loved what I got but over the course of the summer 2 shrubs died. Homedepot gave no issue with the return (with receipt and dead plant in hand!) and Vinnie was there again. He took the time to look at my dead plants and explained a few tips for my next plant purchase. He really went in depth showing me what to look for and why. Then helped me again with my next plant purchase. I am very appreciative of his time, professional personality, and knowledge- especially being I went to other nurseries/homedepots/lowes that I left very disappointed. Thanks!

Do not shop for heavy appliances at this location. I purchased a washer and dryer that were floor models on sale and was told that they would only drop off in front of my house and could not get it inside. When I did receive the appliances, the delivery person refused to help me bring them inside, and left big tire marks all over my driveway from the forklift he used, and also broke some of my pathway lights in the process. I also rented an appliance dolly from them and was also useless to get my washer up a flight of stairs. If you buy appliances from this location, make sure you pay to get them moved inside your home or else stay away from them and go elsewhere.....

Todo lo que venden está muy bien pero los empleados tienen que ser un poco más Rápidos para a tender al cliente por qué aveces les pide uno ayuda salen que van a llamar a otro y a otro por favor más Rapides please

Im not happy with this home depot ..The people here are not helpful and the delivery service people they use for appliance delivery are lazy, unprofessional and a rip off. I had to wait weeks for a delivery and when they come the delivery people say they cant fit the refrigerator without even trying. I would never purchase anything at this place ever again. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this home depot as possible!!!

Poor customer service in the carpet department. Wale, promised a callback the next day and never did. I called back 6 days later to follow up and he had no clue who I was and said he was waiting to hear back from the manager. Also, poor communication between ACS the company who installs the carpet. Will stop shopping here and will NEVER order carpet from here again!!!!!

Very well stocked store, with only one suggestion it could be perfect. Theres so much variety of everything that it gets tough to find what uyou need. If only they would add a monitor/screen to search for relevant aisles, but still people working here are very helpful.

Its much bigger than then depot in Avenel or Elizabeth, and it has a good variety and a great location. You can grab a coffee at starbucks or go some quick grocery shopping before or after you get material.

Drove 30 minutes to pick up a Fan that the website showed the store having 10 in stock ... It took the store manager and five employees 90 minutes to find it for me......
