Im sure that most of the store is fine, however, I came here because they were the only store around that is currently carrying sheet vinyl. I went the first day to take a look and gets some samples. And there was one on clearance. I asked them "Can I pay for this now and pick it up tomorrow because I dont have my truck with me?" They told me they couldnt do it because they had no place to hold it. So I came the next day to see if it was still there. And it is sitting on a cart with someones name on it for pick up a week from now. So basically they couldnt hold it for me for one day but they could hold in for this other person for a week. Second issue, the guy is there working on the cutting machine, they tell me it is absolutely not even possible to get the roll off the rack without the machine I know it can be difficult to unroll it without the machine but I have gotten many many rolls of carpet and vinyl from the Paterson store while their machine was out of service. I dont know if these associates personally didnt like me or if they were just lazy/bad at their job. But if it wasnt for them being the only ones with this item I would not come to the flooring department again.

I shopped here pretty regularly and loved it until one day my whole view of this place changed. I was shopping for some lumber and making my way to the register when I notice a few employees and a rather loud man talking a few steps behind me. From the context of the conversation I realized this man was the owner of the store after he kept referring to his "$100 million dollar store" over and over and over again within about a minute. He was talking so loud like he wanted other people to hear how much of a pretentious d-bag he was. I am all for capitalism but this guy just made me never want to step foot in another Home Depot again. Lowes has my business now.

So disappointed! after purchasing most of the finishes for our building here in Lodi, we had issues with both our floor installers who tried to leave with two boxes of our carpet tiles when they were finished and our cabinet installers who never returned to install a cabinet door that was damaged and had to be reshipped....oh, and we found out was shipped without hardware because we ended up AFTER WAITING FOR 2 MONTHS to put it in ourselves. And fix another door that was falling off. Lodi store was of no help getting the installers here and they were called several times. Still giving them four stars because Sally in the floor department was excellent.

Best Home Depot in the area. Employees are friendly and helpful. Been shopping Lowes due to bad service at other Home Depots in both northern and southern California but these folks, their wares, and the condition of the store made me a born again HD believer. Even established a credit line here and I hate credit cards/credit lines and I live way down south. Yall critics of this store need to come down to LA.

You will find ALMOST everything here. The variety of products are good, the vastness of the place encompass about two and a half football fields, the service is corteous and beyond helpful, the lighting is adequate without being overwhelming. Theres a big parking lot, and it sits aside with The National Liquidators store on Route 17 North and Essex Street on Lodi / Hackensack, in New Jersey.

I went here to pick up a specific led light. The home depot website said this specific location had 11 in stock. When I asked an employee to find it for me he said the web site was wrong and they didnt have any. The next day I ordered it online for pick up at that same location and when I arrived an hour later they had it ready for me. The employees here are just plain lazy.

Didnt find exactly what I was looking for, nor especially anyone to help me with that. Found other things I wanted, and was thankful for a self-serve register, was so frustrated at no interaction I refused eye contact with anyone who attempted it after circling the department I was in for 25 or so minutes. Seems to be the theme at home improvement places these days.

This was not what I usually expect from a Home Depot. It wasnt terrible but I had a hard time finding someone who knew what they were talking about. After a lot of wandering and talking to just about everyone, they finally came up with a solution. All in all I got what I came for, but I am used to a bit higher level of service from HD.

So frustrated. I ordered some soffit online to save time. I got there, and they made me sign when they didnt even have it ready. They bring me the wrong piece. Then turns out they were out of this soffit. So had to get a refund. Took a solid 3 hours out of my time. Lost 300 off a job because of them. Ahhhhh

I went there waiting for somebody help me find a wood JULIAN was there he told me go and look for the wood so ok I look and he left me without help I approached to costumer service ask for the manager and guess?JULIAN is the manager who left me without help in lumber aisle BAD SERVICE BAD MANAGER

Didnt have what I needed, items not where they should have been & out of stock. Had someone paged to the plumbing department 3 times no one showed up. Need to hire more knowledgeable people for customer assistance & to have them stay in the department they are assigned to. SMH

Horrible service. From the paint guy at the counter who told me to go find the color I want to the cashier who was so nasty and she didnt even bag my items..I had to say thank you to her.. Her name was Princess.. riigghhttt..thumbs down home Depot in Lodi nj.

Always find what Im looking for, but at this particular store I asked associate where can I find a Shepard hook and he pointed....most locations the associate usually walk me to what Im looking for and advise me on anything additional to save me a 2nd trip

These reviews are sickening . This home depot is great . They have an amazing staff . I called to complain abou my installment and the phone operator was sokind and changed my attitude around. ask for tashyra . shes a great help

The employees were patient and pleasant. I was indecisive, I knew i wanted to get laminate flooring but wasnt sure which one to buy. I kept changing my mind and not once did I feel pressured nor rushed. BEST HOME DEPOT EVER!!

Its your average Home Depot. On our last visit, had an employee who was too busy to help me and he made that fact very clear to me. Not too nice of an experience. Left without buying anything.
