This store is the best...:) I went there today around 8:30pm Wanted to purchase a cylinder of propane gas, exchange. I paid and gave them my empty cylinder. They said that the exchange will come shortly. The guy who was helping me had to take a cart because the cylinder was to heavy(5 lbs) :) I spent half an hour in the store just looking around. Asked few times about the propane cylinder. The staff said that is coming. At 9:20 pm i lost patience and asked the person on the counter to reverse my purchase and give me the empty cylinder back. I also requested to speak to a manager. Guess wath, noone showed up. The dide took me to the place where the cylinder was and i picked it up. It was to heavy for him to carry it. No excuses, no manager, nothing. I intend to call tomorrow and find out who run this place.

Crowded and unfriendly. I asked an employee if they had pet-safe, cement-safe salt (calcium chloride) before the storm and was waved in the direction of the throng of customers 80 away only to find after a few minutes that they had none in stock, didnt even have a place for it. I asked another employee who pointed to where the first one had been standing, and said, "If we have any, itll be in a cart over there behind that grill." When there was still none, I asked about play sand and was directed to Outside Garden (instead of Building Materials). Not finding any, I asked another passing employee who said they didnt have that either. I asked him if he could check the inventory for these items at the McLean Blvd store and was dismissively told he was pretty sure they didnt have it (without checking).

This is now the 2nd item I purchased from this Home Depot that was used and resold as new. Attendants need to pay attention more to these items it was obviously used rust everywhere, broken rusted screws, wrinkled up manual from water, missing parts and the blade that came with it was completely warn and the unit was covered in ceramic dust. I wasted 2 whole days since they are closed on Sundays and I was expecting to start tiling on Sat night. Selling customers returned items as if they are new is not a good business model.Especially if they arent even going to take the time to thoroughly inspect the item before its placed back on a shelf. Make sure if you are buying any large power tool you ask them to give you one from the top cage..

I am still at the parking lot of this Home Depot and dont want to drive off without praising the outstanding job Vince does. Vince is a gentleman who works in the tile area at the Hackensack HD. He has helped my husband and I through numerous projects, the latest being a full 2 bedroom apartment remodel. Vince might as well be one of our contractors. He really knows his products and has helped us tremendously with our bathroom and now kitchen tiles. Mind you our apartment is in New York City, but when it comes to tiles, we drive here to NJ because we know we can count on Vince to help us! Thank you, Vince for doing your job so well. Came in to make keys copy and waited more than 20min the services here its unbelieveble. One of the cashier page more than 5 times for somebody to come over to the key department and nobody did. I feel like my time was been wasted and i left and will never come back for anything. If i can give it ZERO STAR I WILL. I had amany issues here its not the forst time that i get a bad customer service. Very dissapointed

I dont know much about plumbing. Im a nurse. But i cant believe how easy the experience was and how understanding the people are at this location! A woman named Norah, and two men named Frank and Salvador made things really simple!!! There is an overwhelming lack of customer service skills in most places but these people where so lovely i truly hope they are commended for their great attitudes!!!! Thank you to them!

A lot of employees with no specific area of work went to buy a weber spirit grill left once again no purchase..i thought it would be easy because i live around the corner but i waited 45 minutes to find out not in stock i always go to Sears because they have dedicated knowledgeable sale assoc each dept i am disappointed once again ....this place sucks

Most work workers are friendly. Management crew not so much. Service desk manager is way over her head in that position. She dose not show her workers or even customers much respect. I would NOT recommend this home depot

Its a really small place to be at and everything I asked for wasnt there so they sent me to another one in Paramus. I was really mad because I needed all what I asked for right on that moment.

Staff is pretty helpful & knowledgeable, when theyre not busy. But not bad. Weird smell in the rear of the store though and the lighting is poor. However, they always have what I need.
