Bought washer and dryer at this location. Sales person at appliance did not advise that the machine do not come with hoses and stacking kit required for stackable units. I inquired multiple times what I need to ensure smooth installation process. Delivery service used - Home Delivery America - was the worst service imaginable. After waiting for a month, they missed the time frame by which delivery was to be made and had to reschedule - after being advised multiple times. When it finally arrived, they would not install because the stacking kit and hoses were not included. I ended up just receiving both units and had to pay someone else to install it. So much for free installation. Lowes had the stacking kit readily available. When I tried to return the stacking kit I had to buy online from Home Depot, they could not find the info on their system. It looks like a great disconnect between what they sell on line and what is on record at their stores. How can one sell a stacking unit and not have the accessories to support it available? After waiting an hour whereby none of their sales rep could figure out what to do, I had to settle for a store card. Not a large amount but the incompetence of people at this branch is just beyond infuriating. Do not shop here.

Dear Home Depot, Im really disappointed in you. I usually always shop with you and Im taking my business to Lowes. First of all I was shopping with an infant - yes that was my mistake - but nonetheless no one would help me . I asked for someone to make a key for me so they paged someone. After waiting 15 minutes and two pages... still no one came so I decided that I need to go buy the other things that I needed. After walking up and down the isles trying to navigate around the store and still not finding the product that I needed, there was no one around to help. I left frustrated because I still dont have a key to be made and I had to find the products on my own. I decided to call and make a formal complaint because I was so frustrated. But as luck would have it of course and manager was not available and I got hung up on during the process. I promise that I will never be shopping at Home Depot from this point going forward even if its out of the way to go to Lowes. Sincerely, Katie

After the board of directors forced the original owner of Home Depot into retirement the whole company, including its ideals, have gone into the toilet. There is scarcely any help to be found, the help that is available is dismissive and knows nothing about the work performed with the products, whats on display is never found in stock on the shelves, special orders take months (or years in some cases) and arrive damaged. Save yourself the aggravation and goto Lowes where at least what you see on the displays is found on the shelves and you can find someone to help you locate something, even if they may not be able to tell you how its used.

Some really knowledgeable People work here, Dave in plumbing figured out exactly what I needed after I explained what I was doing and showed him a couple pictures. I got the right parts the first time and didnt need to make a second trip. BONUS!!! Tony in the door section, Millwork, helped find the perfect replacement entry door and new storm door. It came in when he said it would at the price he said. He pointed out what other items I would also need and had a bunch of tips to make the job go quickly and easily. Only thing he didnt do was help install them.

WORST experience I have every had. I ordered custom blinds from here and they couldnt have dropped the ball any worse. They botched the order and notified me 2 weeks later (a day before delivery). Then they promised delivery by a certain date and the product ended up being on back order. No one ever told me. When you call, you get passed around for 30 minutes because no one takes responsibility for anything nor do they know what is going on at any period in time.

Yeah they have A LOT OF things but honestly Im so ANNOYED AT THEIR STAFF!! The store is huge and I dont know where the hell i should go! All these Hispanic employees that dont know English piss me off so bad!! They are horrible when it comes to giving directions or telling me whats used for what. Most of their staff is Hispanic and none of them no English properly! Couldnt find anything in the store! DONT GO HERE!

Only one self checkout aisle was open, there was a line of about 10 of us (and growing). Seemed to be the norm here because there were employees walking by, none seemed to really notice or care. Another self checkout aisle did open that was cash only. The service here seems hit or miss. Ive had to hunt down employees for help in the past. Definitely isnt what it used to be : (

Wost experience ever non professional people working there i ordered a refrigerator from there on 11/25/2016 and still havent recieved anything everytime i call the store they say they will get back to me and never do not one person has apologized neither already had to different delivery dates and nothing yet always an issue when the date comes.

This is the worst shop I have ever been too, they could find a tool I was looking for even though it has a location on their website. Worst customer support ever, first I waited 30 min for a person to show up, because aparantely there is only one person in entire store that knows tools. Dont go here if you value your time.

The service here has gone way south. The associates dont seem to know their product. I picked up a gallon of paint from the shelf and asked an associate if this was white paint, she said yes. I brought it home and painted my trim only to find out it was a base for pigment, containing no pigment at all. Come on people!

No one is around when you need them. Low on stock and not much variety. Better go to the one in North Bergen where you get Lowes and Home Depot next to one another so you can find what you need from one store or another. Also, more options available and only 3.5% tax. Dont waste your time at Secaucus Home Depot.

I went to shopping and I realized that my HD credit card was left home, the associate in a very smooth talk professional stated dont worry I can look for your CC all I need is your D/L and at the end I was able to take home all the items I purchased.

Never enough cashiers and 2 self checkout were broken. Main isles are always booked off for forktruck. Store is to small for how busy they are plus didnt cary what a nprmal size store has in stock. I always avoid it when I can

Terrible....the damn self service machine ate a 20 dollar bill and the guy had no idea how to get it back for me and then had the nerve to tell me I didnt put one in. Not going back to this Home Depot
