Not going to lie- I have def experienced some frustration at this Home Depot in the past. But, I feel that the "me before the customer" attitude is rampant right now so Im not so sure that its fair to single out this store for having a few bad apples... So instead I would like to focus this review on the 2 GREAT experiences that I have recently had. The first glowing review is for the gentleman who works in the paint department. It is always comforting when a sales rep and product specialist is more concerned about you purchasing the right product than just making the $$$ sale. Anyway, he listened to what I was trying to accomplish with respect to our home remodeling project, looked at my photos and then mixed up a special batch of paint for me. Then he compared it to the paint color that I thought I wanted... I would NEVER have imagined that the color that I picked out wasnt even close to the color that I really wanted. He didnt have to point that out to me. He could have just let me make my purchase and get on with it. But, instead, he took it upon himself to go the extra mile and show me the difference- without being pushy and obnoxious. Needless to say, the product and the color look AMAZING. The second review is for John Krystal. This guy is the BEST! We purchased a very expensive and very beautiful custom vinyl shed from Home Depot in July with his help. There was some confusion as to the billing. They charge 90% up front and then the balance after delivery. We thought that they would automatically charge the card on file so we didnt understand why someone was calling us to collect. The calls seemed suspicious and I decided to reach out to John. Keep in mind this is 3 months after the point of sale. He was more concerned with my credit card security than collecting on the balance. He stopped what he was doing and tracked down the caller himself to make sure that it was in fact legit- straightening out the confusion and completely putting my mind at rest. Again, he didnt have to help me. He could have simply insisted that I come into the store and work it out myself with customer service. But, instead, he went the extra mile. From start to finish this guy was a champion for the customer. Its that kind of service that keeps us coming back.

Well...they just fired me for not use a seat belt,ok safety first.but working for them for almost two years i didnt see nothing positive in this store they keep hiring new people without experience and they so in need of associates on the floor that they not even bother in sent them to take the training that they suppose to take to have a little of knowledge in the department.i was one of the few associate that took the time to take the online training plus my past experience so that way i think that i offer a good customer service in every shift i have. But the reality in this store is that they really dont care about customers, store appearance much less in the associates the management is horrible merchandise dirty, filty or with bird poop...i dont thik that a customer will like a product in those conditions,dont matter they not even clean it so if you stop one day in this store dont be surprised feel free to walk a few steps to lowes(right next to them) and u will feel the difference good customer service spotless aisles and the good feeling of buy what you really need.

The ABSOLUTE WORST Home Depot there is. Ive given them numerous opportunities to get it right and after 50 orders, I have given up. Store managers are clueless, employees have no idea on procedures nor on products. Home Depot franchise needs to come in and really take a deep look at how this location operates because this is awful. With a Lowes right next door (they share the parking lot) you would think they would be on their A game. Im truly disappointed in this location and dont suggest people wasting their time on this location. Go to the Lowes next door where your business is valued, customer service is amazing and the employees are trained and know where the products are and try to assist you to the fullest. You get attention, you get service and most important, there is CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Home Depot, you should be ashamed of yourselves! This location is a poor reflection of the Home Depot franchise.

THE WORST delivery service. Purchased washer and dryer on blackfriday and scheduled delivery on 12/31. They DID NOT even showed up. So called the delivery service center and put me on HOLD for MORE THAN 30 MINUTES before they HUNG UP on me. We called home depot, told them my situation and told me they will get back to me. They did. Problem, delivery company CAN NOT FIND the product in their warehouse and to call me later to reschedule. They dont have NO RESPECT FOR their customers. We wasted time waiting for them. Obviously deliver center had no properly training of respecting customers. Checking of inventory and calling us earlier would have made things more smoother. THANK YOU for wasting our time and energy!!! Dont think we will buy anything at Home Depot.!

I first went to Home Depot in the same parking lot as Lowes. After 20 min by the millwork department in HD I finally got help. The associate finally took a break, from talking about last nights party with his friends, and helped me. I need a new storm door and he told me that I should find my own installer because theirs sucks and over charged. I was appalled by this and went next door to Lowes. When I came in I was greeted and directed directly to the millwork department. There I got immediate help and the associates were very knowledgable. I purchased an install and the installer was great and even though the price seemed a little high at first, when the job was finished it was completely justified. Thank you Lowes

Horrible customer service. I returned stuff totally near $70 and the lady only gave us the receipt and forgot to give us the store credit card. After realizing I never got the card, I went to customer service explaining that she didnt give us the card. She said she gave it us but she really didnt. So we gave her our receipt to show her and said shell call the manager. We called the manager, which took another 30 minutes of our time, and when he came, he asked the lady for the receipt and said she lost it! Its been 5 days and I still havent heard back from them. Horrible customer service, it didnt even seem like she cared despite losing our only copy of the receipt.

Worst service ever. I was there to get estimate for renovation kitchen. First, they made mistake on making appointment, they made appointment for me, I got confirmation email, when I get there, they do not see my appointment, so I had to come back again.Gideon Dohan is the very old kitchen designer who is slow, lazy, ignorable, and rude. He refused to give estimate, told me to pay $100 because someone has to come out and measure. Other venders,and even other home depot estimates for free without charging $100. He was treated like "I dont care who made mistake on appointment, you are wasting my time, just get out of here" Thank you for nothing
