Called up to see if they had a product. I wasnt sure which department it might be in, so I chose what I thought would be the right one. I described the product to the employee, he knew what I was talking about but didnt 100% know if they had them, so he transferred me to the correct department. This is where it gets bad. I get an employee to answer, I describe the product, and with a horrible nasty tone, he says "Well do you even have a SKU ?" I said I didnt and that I just wanted to know if they had that type of product, not a specific brand. His next response is "Why would you call without a SKU? Theres no way I can answer you, without a SKU" I have never been talked to like that over such a minor thing. I dont kown where theyre hiring these people from, but they need to stop.

We all know that home depot doesnt offer the best quality, and that their prices are not that great. But there is one thing you cannot take from home depot, and that is their availability, and the fact that as a contractor, or just a home or business owner you can find anything here. So I appreciate home depot, and that sometime they have such an amazing special sales. One more thing: They need to hire more knowledgeable people, who can really offer professional help to customers.

Bad Experience.. Was @ Nanuet store on a non busy day, called to confirm that i can buy plywood sheets that they can cut in half (4 x 4 ft).... Left me waiting by cutting saw with no one coming. Kept asking staff, and was told to wait. Theres a camera on top , so they can see me waiting. Mgmt must have thought it was funny to have someone wait and keep asking. I think its despicablev to do this to a customer!!!!

Was in the plumbing section of the store recently. Im somewhat knowledgeable about what I needed but the gentleman who helped me was super knowledgeable. He seemed to play a lot of roles there because he able to multitask with composure. Im not one to really right reviews but hats off to the employee Matt in the plumbing area. Thanks for your help. Stores need knowledgeable and good working employees

Terrible service, the associates, as the like to call themselves, are dead lazy, very unfriendly and downright rude and impolite. You wont get help unless youre prepared to really step on their tale. Time for them to get their act together. BTW theres Lowes just down the street!

I ONLY DID BUSINESS WITH HOME DEPOT. THEY REFUSED A RETURN. I PURCHASED FROM THEM. I WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM ANYMORE. AFTER FIVE MAJOR REMODELING HOMES. I WILL ONLY DEAL WITH LOWES.
