Terrible! Dont go here Trust me go to a another Home Depot. These Workers need to be more professional. I have waited for Hours! Yes Hours! We bought a item and he box was beaten up I told the guy can we get a other one? He say I guarantee it will be good he say he will give me a discount for like 110 Of courses we say yes because it was pretty expensive. We open the box and it was broken there was dents all over it so we have to go back to the Home Depot and it took a long drive we come back we got a new one we check it again and it was broken so we say get a other one and it was Branded new still in the wrapping. So we say wait where our discount? And the person say "it brand new from the box so no discount." I said "The person who sale me the item have said If it was broken you can get a other discount." I say ok. Then we say to the customer service that we got everything set up and ready to go but it was broken one of the thing was not working there was some dents so we the guy say we can get a discount. So we argue for 20 minutes then finally They agree to give us a discount. we wasted many Hours. So Im trying to spread awareness.

Im sad to say that if there were negative stars I would apply them here... I never "buy now and have shipped to the store" because that was a total disaster...but now we will never rent anything from the rental shop. My husband rented a van and returned it. They never processed the card ... a few weeks later my husband received a call that the rental wasnt paid for...so he had to go back in and pay with the credit card. Well when he paid with his card, they didnt bother to close out the paperwork. Which ultimately went to "collections". We found all of this out upon trying to rent a van a few weeks ago...we were told that we had to bring back the receipt.. to prove that the van was paid for back from July 2015. We finally got a copy of our bank statement, brought it in and we were told- oh they closed that out the next day- you can rent whatever you need to.... they can call for a credit card but they cant call to confirm that they took care of the issue after insisting that we didnt pay for a $30.00 rental and we had to prove the transaction to them! Horrible customer service!!

What a dump, rude people, workers need more training on being polite and leave the gansta attitude home . Slow walking, greasy hair with scowl puss on their faces. Ask a question and what a look you get a blank space stare down, clueless or just unapproachable. Customer Service, what a joke they need more training in proper manners and pleasant attitude towards customer and their own staff. The store manager was yelling at an employee at the front desk. Unbelievable, not necessary to act like some Nazi. Everyone looked but no one told the manager to knock it off. I guess it comes with the type of people in Passaic . The store has nothing in stock I was told to go to the Paramus store if I wanted better quality tile, since Home Depot stores are not the same with certain products. Passaic carries lower grade and less stock. Hows that for a shocker? Headquarters should go unannounced to really see that place in action.

Worst Home Depot ever. Their Home Delivery company driver pushed me slamming the truck door. They scheduled a redelivery for the same order and would not even change the delivery company (named Home Delivery America or something like that). They would not even assure that the driver would be different. To top it, a guy called Frank from Home Depot Passaic started suggesting me that it was my fault and if I shouldnt have gone to the truck of the delivery guy, he couldnt have pushed me or slammed the door. My wife was with me and were my neighbors and the construction workers too. All got shocked by the behavior of the driver. When I tried to reschedule for this order that is worth more than 3 grand plus, they offered me a nominal discount of 250-300 bucks after I made 100 phone calls. I had to call them twice or thrice everyday to achieve that thing.

Es la atención una porquería tienen unos trabajadores que tienen mal trato y no están cuando tu necesitas ayuda hoy fui y me trataron mal soy un maestro constructor y compro mucho material . Que buen trato tiene lowes lo mejor fui hoy toque un botón y vinieron en dos cegado me tratar o bien si home de potente fuera como Lowes fuera la mara vía le pondría 5 estrellas pero no vale ni una estrella.

This home depot used to be my favorite, always had everything I need. But lately its horrible, I think they changed management or employees or idk what happened, but I go there and they dont have what I need, they have the box of what I need but filled with everything but what I need. Of course I am talking about the Electrical side, I dont know about the others. And when I ask employees there, they say oh we expected we have some, sorry we have to order it. Its very frustrating...

‼️No costumer service at all ‼️ I went Tuesday November 15th 2016 at 4:15 pm And I was waiting for 20m in the line and everything a heard was that he was living at 5:00 like he couldnt help us and then he told us what do you need like rushing us and he ended to said that he cant print the recib that we needed. But my husband called national costumer service Home Depot and they did it for us. So we lost our time going there and wait for he just said that he couldnt do it.

As always good customer service at the Passaic store in Clifton, keep up the good work. John (19 yrs old), he was very polite, professional & he was so helpful to me because I was trying to look for a tile & back splash that will look good with a piece sample of my granite. I was pleased with both of our decision and he also helped me save money. My shopping was stress free. Thank you John.

No employees around to help and in the wood cutting section been waiting 20 minutes have asked an employee and he gave me a rude look the store is just horrible. The pictures I just took show that there are no employees around when you need them this is very typical of Home Depot and they need to do something about it like hire more employees or something

This Home Depot is pretty much like all others. However, it is located in an "Urban Enterprise Zone" of Passaic, so they only charge 3.5% sales tax! This is a significant savings over the regular 7% sales tax, especially when purchasing big ticket items!
