I went to this store on 3/22/14 looking for some cabinet hinges. Couldnt find the same hinges, but thought I found similar hinges. Until I checked the drawer that they were supposed to be in and found two different hinges and about six empty plastic bags.When I requested help an associate scanned the item label,then informed me we have ten of these, but he couldnt find any. Then he informed me that two other stores showed they had some. So here we go again,going from store to store only to find they also show that they have stock they dont have either. Ive been down this road many times with Home Depot . I would be willing to bet I could go back a month from now and that same drawer will still have the same items in it, because no one will restock. Many people will have the same experience, but Home Depot doesnt seem to care,they make enough money to not worry about problems like this.

Just would like to thank the young lady, Jennifer B., for helping me in the gardening section today. She was very insightful and had a terrific attitude! I will no longer shop at the Union store, as the customer service I received at the Colonia store went above and beyond my expectations. The Colonia staff treats their customers with kindness and care. At other stores, I sometimes feel that I bother the employees when I ask a question. However, Jennifers personality, professionalism, and patience were top notch. Thank you Jennifer and the Colonia Home Depot for a great experience on buying my first tree!

I was there today for a return. A short girl Sacha really gave me a run. And acted like i was a theif. She told me to wait in line after taking half my return. Sent me to the isle to get similar items. And then when we went to another counter and for actual help from a NICE PERSON. sACHA CAME BACK TO BUG US SOME MORE!!! Upon asking what is she double checking as we had our receipt, she wrote her name on a piece of paper and said Talk to my manager - Very obnoxious person. These kind of people misrepresent a friendly place like home depot. So sad

This is for the prodesk team they are the best so nice always willing to help no matter how busy they are they are nice professional caring sweet they always welcome my husband me and our kids our kids love to go with us (but they go for the lollipops)the prodesk team always welcome us with a smile or even over the phone they get the job done!!!!! This Home Depot paint staff is very helpful and friendly. I even went as far as to write their corporate offices to send a note of thanks about their paint staff which I normally do not do. During the Spring this store has a nice selection of gardening supplies. If you are in a pinch this store is great for quick pickup of any kind of items like lumber or hardware. They also have a great holiday selection of items during each season. I prefer this Home Depot to any in the general area.

I always go to this home depot. But one day i met a racist old lady who was working in self check area. Im so disturbed by her now i feel i dont want to go back there again. She checked every freaking thing I bought. Hello!!! I go to shop not to shoplift. Idiots!!! Because of her I have to give 1 star.

A great home depot. Always clean organized and fast. Definitely one of the most organized I have seen without shelves being torn apart with supplies all mixed up and all over. One of my favorites. I will sometimes drive further to come here to support this store.

If you buy multiple items (construction supplies, deck materials) - watch the cashier and double check your total. These *beep* employees like to click the scanner trigger just for fun, charging you for extra items.

I was there couple of times and I asked three of the employees to help with the part I wanted they all said "I will send someone who can help you out with this" and I waited 30 minutes and no body showed up.

Customer service is great compared with the other big hardware store. A bit pricey though. The kitchen designers are really good, they listen to you and do not pressure you to buy anything you dont want.

This location has knowledgable and friendly staff. They will cut lumber as per our specification. The checkout is pretty quick. They have less item in stock than the Edison one. Doesnt accept Apple Pay.

The staff is so helpful. I will shop there often. I am a Veteran and got a 10% discount. I had to show my military ID in order to get it. Love that store.
