if I could give it no stars I would this place is so highly disrespectful and they discriminating against someones age , I went in and made a return used my i.d everything was fine now I do returns like once a week because clients change there minds all the time I never have a problem unless there is this female there who is short with blonde and brown hair she is a nasty woman she believes any young person who comes in there is just a theif and will refuse a return or lie and say it denied the return which never is denied and in the last two days I spent 4000 dollars there and today I had to return some stuff for a client and she denied it because of my i.d which is the same i.d I always use and she denied my exchange for my razor that has a lifetime warranty which she cant do because its not a home depot product its Milwaukee so thats not good and also she is making my business look bad because now my clients are stuck with 200 in material or have to go and return it them self which is not rite and she pretty much said to the other lady why does he need a pro account and I doubt that was clients she just doesnt believe someone who is young can have a successful business all she has to do is look at my pro account and see how much money I spend there and return there its on my pro account I have a gold status on my pro account , so I speak to the manager and he sticks up for her and says she is sweet and isnt at fault Im at fault I was in the wrong I should have followed policy which I spoke to the main headquarters and they said no matter what is wrong with your I d as long as you have one they have to take the return epically when u have a pro account , I have never been so disrespected in my life because Im young I stole it and returned it like come on now just stop thats so wrong , my pro account speaks for itself also I have clients who I do work for and Im talking people who spend 10000 on material and are very important people and I will never bring my business back there , so good job home Depot not only did you lose a great business customer but I promise I will have some of the biggest companies never go there again ,, I cant wait to speak to the regional manager

I went looking for grade 8, 7/16 × 4 1/2 screws. You have to rifle through the draws because things arent organized only to find they were out. Just to make sure I asked for help from staff members both times and got a very lazy limp of the wrist point in a direction then were referred to ask the key maker. His reply was I only make the keys have them to page someone. Then I was passed onto a self checkout staff member then to a cashier then to Tool Rental which reluctantly did give help. Simply... Amazing..

i spent my whole afternoon over there .i was trying to get 24 months no interest promotion for one time transaction deal from home depot credit card. i had the bad experience for custumer service desk. i believe them communication and problem solving skill definitely needs improvement . homedepot spending zillion dollars for its branding but someone lack of the skills just messing them name like Danielle and Dany... i will never ever go home depot anymore ... they steal l 5 hours from my life

Everyone in the store is helpful and friendly. Aimed more at contractors than Loews, but dont feel intimidated. They have what you need for all home decor except furniture. Use the internet for guidance and Home Depot for supply and you will save and be surprised at what you can do yourself. I am there at least three times a week.

Edison, NJ Home Depot is the best out of the hundred or so Ive been to all over the US. Been open for 15+ years and Ive been going ever since. The store is clean, organized and the employees are very helpful. The store always looks like it just opened yesterday. The store manager is the best.

Went on Easter Sunday at 6 pm after checking store hours and was rudely advised by the manager that they close at 6 pm When I told him the Internet says store closes ar 8 pm..he said he does not control the Internet. ...hope home depot takes action

I was in there on 6/10. These two solar panel salesman asked me if I wanted a estimate. I said no. The one guy started to insult me and just being rude. I went and told the hd manager he said he would take care of it. I hope he did!!

I went in for wood to build a bedframe for much cheaper than it could be bought. The selection was good and the staff did a great job cutting it to the lengths I asked for (and was friendly about it).
