Today I visited the Home Depot in Hamilton in pursuit of purchasing spray paint to finish a project I was delighted that they had the exact can I needed in stock. I also was in need of Slug and snail repellent I was not blown away by their selection I believe they could have had more to offer but I will see what I purchased if it actually works. I also was in the need of deer and small animal repellent as the new home I have recently purchased has a family of deer and foxes right by the side of my house in the woods I see them almost every night. The repellent that they had only said dear only or deer and rabbit so I didnt know what that also assist with repelling the foxes. Instead of purchasing the deer and small animal repellent I settled for some good ole bug repellent because we are suffering from tons of different bugs at the front door so I will see how this works other than that staff were very helpful they all are very happy to help thats always a good thing when youre in a store and you dont know where anything is.

I am still waiting for a refund promised on December 5th and again on March 13th. Deceptive selling practices and fraudulent charges. Dont waste your time with this big box store, or youll end up spending your Saturdays writing on any social media outlet you can to attempt to get someone from Customer "Service" to finish this nonsense. Just look at their facebook wall, its full of people posting complaints about their online orders and installations more so than of people liking their project ideas. BEWARE you get what you pay for so if you want to go cheap like I did then youll be spending a lot of time attempting to rectify your own stupidity.

Worst experience i ever had with any retail store. The entire staff is rued and have no clue what the hell they are doing. I purchased a fence, flooring and countertop from this location and ended up canceling them all and got a refund because of my frustrations with this place. If your thinking about using Home Depot for remodeling your home please think twice Trust me its not worth the aggravation so please go somewhere else.

I realize that the layouts for these big box stores are often universal, but the layout of this particular Home Depot is particularly screwed up. Its quite difficult to locate items. Also, no staff were available to ask for support. There are better Home Depots with available staff than this one.

On hold for 90 minutes total in 3 phone calls person picked up phone and hung it up 3 times nice customer service guys will never go there again why should i arrange transportation to come to a place that cant answer a phone right to find out if the pieces are available so rude!

We have been at Home Depot very often recently since buying our house. The staff is very helpful and is available from the minute I walk through the doors. The staff that works in the paint department is extremely helpful and knowledgeable with any questions I have.

Bought carpet cleaner. Drain hose was missing. I brought right back, AL fixed in a Jiffy n threw in a new bottle of cleaner since mine drained out. Thank you tool rental guys for great service!!

Disorganized staff. They returned the wrong amount of change and reported that it was the computers fault. The Store did not have a good layout compared with other Home Depot locations
