Now this is a story all about how My life got flipped-turned upside down And Id like to take a minute Just sit right there Ill tell you how I became the prince of a town called Bel-Air In west Philadelphia born and raised On the playground was where I spent most of my days Chillin out maxin relaxin all cool And all shooting some b-ball outside of the school When a couple of guys who were up to no good Started making trouble in my neighborhood I got in one little fight and my mom got scared She said, "Youre movin with your auntie and uncle in Bel-Air." I begged and pleaded with her day after day But she packed my suitcase and sent me on my way She gave me a kiss and then she gave me my ticket. I put my Walkman on and said, "I might as well kick it." First class, yo, this is bad Drinking orange juice out of a champagne glass. Is this what the people of Bel-Air living like? Hmm, this might be alright. But wait I hear theyre prissy, bourgeois, all that Is this the type of place that they just send this cool cat? I dont think so Ill see when I get there I hope theyre prepared for the prince of Bel-Air Well, the plane landed and when I came out There was a dude who looked like a cop standing there with my name out I aint trying to get arrested yet I just got here I sprang with the quickness like lightning, disappeared I whistled for a cab and when it came near The license plate said "Fresh" and it had dice in the mirror If anything I could say that this cab was rare But I thought, "Nah, forget it." – "Yo, home to Bel-Air." I pulled up to the house about 7 or 8 And I yelled to the cabbie, "Yo home smell ya later." I looked at my kingdom I was finally there To sit on my throne as the Prince of Bel-Air

I LIKE this store as it is laid out well (compared to some of the stores) and has most of the items you would need. Displays of merchandise are good. Staff has always been friendly and helpful to me, when you can find someone, and they usually have general knowledge. BUT it would be nice if they had specific departments staffed ( in the specific Dept like plumbing or electrical), when you need a more specific question answered. But this is an issue with all the stores. Store is under staffed in regards to this. Store is convenient. Two blocks from 295, Shop Rite, a new Super Wawa (gas), Pet Smart, liquor store and is easy to get in and out. Customer service girl was very nice and helpful. I had a question about a new and old account. Most stores you can get a cup of coffee (FREE) in the contractor check out (OH excuse me, BUT THAT IS ACTUALLY AT Lowes. Side note to previous review. I will say that I am leery about ordering items in any store. Ordered Windows about 10 years ago (from a Delaware Home-depot location-no sales tax) and half of them came in busted and no phone call when promised. I cancelled the order with no hassle. But I also ordered an entrance door from Universal supply and that came in screwed up. They made good on it, but time is valuable, and I was aggravated about the delay (a few weeks).

Not thrilled with this visit. I was picking up a lawn mower and when they brought the box out, it looked like it had been run over several times by a truck, it was filthy, opened completely at the top and one of the wheels was poking through a gaping hole in the bottom. They refused to get me a new one and insisted the lawn mower would be fine and I didnt need the box. They even loaded it into my car without the box. When I get home, if anything is missing or its not in perfect running condition... it will just be returned immediately and they will have to give me a new one. They could have saved us all time if they just did the right thing and exchanged it then instead of being so lazy. Unbelievable.

The way they behave with their costumers in this branch at lawnside is very rude and unprofessional. I asked for help to find a stuff they just ignored me! Even the other day I was there to pick up an order around $5000, they didnt make it ready on time even after several times back and forth to the store they just said theyre working on it but actually they didnt. So I had to list them all by myself. If you wanna buy from Home Depot just try any other branches but not this one!

Big sign 50% off ALL roses 50% off ALL trees and schrubs. I purchased a rose tree which is a rose and it is a tree. Charged me full price. Home depot you cant have it both ways especially since everything was 50% off as it is the end of the season. I am confused do you not want to sell off you stock. On my way to another Home depot since you have idiots working in this store.

First there was no one to help me. Went to service desk . The person that was there got me someone who could show me where the sliding patio screens were, (which I already knew) but he couldnt help with what I needed. So I left.

Been to this location numerous times and not once have I found an associate in the specific department that I needed help in. Go to Lowes down the street if u need help with anything related to your purchase.

horrible.. ordered a dishwasher. took a week and half to get and it shows up destroyed at my front door. To top it off trucking company doesnt leave any paper work with damages noted. What a disgrace
