This is the second time we have had Global perform work on our house (the first was to replace our roof). Our house was covered in Stucco and was cracked and water was getting behind the stucco damaging our sheathing. From the first call to finish it was a first class experience. The project consisted of removing the existing Stucco, gutters, soffits and fascia and replacing with new plus replacing any damaged sheathing then re-siding with vinyl siding. Our salesmen Mike came to the house several times to explain the process of removing the stucco, to selecting the type of siding (James Hardie, Vinyl siding) and color selection. Kristen in Customer Service was great in scheduling the work and very responsive to any questions we had. Our Project manager Dimitri was very engaged and was always available to answer any questions we had. He also was at the site almost daily to oversee the work. Last but not least is the work crew that performed the work. This crew worked every day from 8am until it got dark (6:30 pm) for 2 weeks to complete the job. As you can imagine removing a whole house of stucco is a very messy job but each night they cleaned up the debris. They also did this every night while installing the new siding. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and craftsmanship of the whole crew. We have a metal roof that they installed five years ago and they protected it by covering it to prevent damage from the stucco removal .Their attention to detail was top notch and they took care of any issues immediately. Dimitri did a final walk down with us and made sure that we were satisfied with the work. After the siding was complete the gutter installers came to install the gutters. They did a walk down with us to ensure the location of the downspouts were correct and answer any other questions we had. Again the crew was very professional and did top quality work. The final product is absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend Global Home Improvement and will use them again in the future.

If you asked us to describe this company and their services in one word, wed immediately think of Quality. From our first experience meeting Adam in the Morristown showroom to getting window measurements taken and scheduling the work with Mike, to the fine work the crew did in seemingly record time, everything was super-easy and smooth. We couldnt find a single issue to raise, which is a big deal considering anyone who knows us knows that were really picky people and expect a lot. We went with the Sunrise windows with the additional heat mirror component. We compared them to other manufacturer/installer vinyl replacement windows, and there was no contest that the quality of these windows was the best in terms of both performance and aesthetics, and the price was reasonable too! We had considered the Marvin fiberglass windows first, which is what brought us to Global Home, but after doing the pros/cons, the price wasnt worth the extra durability/better aesthetics to us when the Sunrise windows came with a lifetime (transferable) warranty and looked very close in terms of aesthetics. We were even able to perfectly match the cherry wood grain of the paneling in the home office. The manufacturing time wasnt bad at all, and they were amazingly able to replace all 28 windows in just a few days. The financing is a really nice additional benefit too because were already enjoying our windows without having to immediately break the bank to do so. Very highly recommended!! Excellent high quality service/team, and were already using them for other home projects.

I LOVE my new Hardie siding, window and door wraps, and my newly renovated porch/office with its new exterior stone facing, roof and Marvin bow window!!!! Thank you, Global Home Improvements (GHI)! Working with Mark, the GHI Project Manager, was a great experience and the aspect that I am most satisfied with in choosing GHI to make most of my major home improvements. He always was very responsive and attentive to my needs and concerns, and he was both professional and personable--all of which I sincerely appreciated. He listened to my questions throughout the course of the projects and explained things clearly, in laymans terms, so I could understand. I also felt he and I collaborated well, and he balanced representing GHI while also advocating for me, when necessary, at the same time. I knew I was "in good hands" with Mark as my project manager. Mark provided me with exceptional service as project manager and I truly hope I can work with him again if/when I chose GHI for additional projects in the future. Also, "Ziggy", the siding installation foreman, provided me with exceptional service. He, too, listened to my questions throughout the course of the projects and explained things clearly, in laymans terms, so I could understand. Ziggy and his team also worked very well with my electrician, who had to simultaneously work on outdoor electrical upgrades/changes during the siding removal and installation process.

We just purchased our new home in March 2014 and soon after a rain storm the roof was leaking in several places. The home seller and inspection company agreed to pay for replacement of the roof, so we started doing our research on roofing companies. We were looking for quality, good service, and great workmanship and based on many reviews, Global Home Improvement kept popping up as a company that fits everything we were looking for. We scheduled 4 estimates from different roofers; and Global Home Improvement beat the others in price and guarantee. The roof project took 4 days to complete; Mark and Henry along with his crew did an amazing job from start to finish. Every day a project manager will be present to supervise the work being done and keep us informed on the progress and any issues that came up (and there were a handful of issues due to the roof being so old and never maintained well). My neighbors were impressed with how hard they worked from morning all the way to sunset, and complimented on the care they took to pick up the trash around the perimeter. Even after the job was completed Global stayed in contact to ensure we were completely satisfied with the work performed. When my recent home renovation was coming to completion, I was unhappy with the finishing of the roof, the drip edge and the gutters and downspouts that were offered by the builder. I decided to take over this part of the renovation and began researching local roofing and gutter companies. I soon learned that not all drip-edge, gutters and downspouts are created of equal quality. I also wanted to have a gutter-guard system installed. This further limited my choices because my contemporary home has a low-pitched roof with rubber and Epdm roofing material. Global Home was recommended to me by an architect / friend. I was impressed with the choice of high quality materials and color choices that Global Home presented during our first meeting. They are one of only a few contractors in my area who are certified to install RainPro gutters and downspouts. Global Home’s installation was excellent. The color matches my house perfectly. I have gotten many compliments about the flawless, high quality finishing of my project. The installation was done as planned, without any problems and in a timely manner; and cleanup was very thorough. The new gutters are working well with no more issues of overflowing or clogging. I would recommend Global Home to everyone who is looking for high quality products and workmanship. Virginia Block
