So I went in for a dimmer for my chandelier in my dining room. I walk down an aisle where a guy was closing up for whatever reason. I hear him say to a woman standing there, "Are you gonna need to come down any further"? He sounded annoyed as she replied that she didnt think so. I interrupted asking where I could find dimmer switches. He said next aisle over bay 2. I was confused because I didnt understand the direction of bay 2. So I said Im sorry I dont know what you mean by bay. ( Why would I? I dont work for home Depot). He is way annoyed as he points to a little circle on the shelf and says, "thats a bay, see the sign? On the next aisle over". So I walk over. There they are. As I look at the many dimmers offered I become more confused. Im not educated in this area. I never had to learn. My mistake I guess. So Im reading about compatibility etc... Decide to grab what I believe to be a good fit for me and head to customer service. Silly me thinking I could actually get service. The young woman there was nice enough as she laughed at my question and mumbled how she would have to call someone in electrical. She dies and in a few minutes HE appeared. He walked roght past us, I was the only customer at the desk. When he asked the others and they said they didnt call for him, he was walking away when I said, I needed help. His name is Robert from what the young lady called him. She told him I hadnt incandescent bulbs on a dining room chandelier and wanted to know if this was the right dimmer. He looked at it and read what it said on the package to me. He was very condesending. That wasnt my question. I said that to him and he was getting more annoyed. I then stated that I read something saying 150 watts and my bulbs were 20. He snapped, thats maximum". His body language was arms crossed over his chest. I looked him in the eyes and said, "I can read. But it did not read maximum". With that he reached for the package in my hand. Was he really going to look for it ? Did he really want to school me instead of help me? I pulled my hand back and said,"I can read. It appears that you are being bothered and that is annoying to me". He stated he was not. When I mentioned his body language, he uncrossed his arms and put them both on his hips. Was this guy for real? I said, "you are nit helpful" as I walked away he said he was trying to help me. If thats help, I dont want it. Home Depot cherry Hill, youve lost my business.

This has been he worst experience I have EVER had with s store. We are trying to get carpet installed. We just moved here and through we would not move until the carpets had been installed. They say it will only take 7 days. Just to pay was a HUGE hassle. I stood in the flooring department for 20 minutes no one helped me. I went to customer service and they paged flooring for 10 minutes and still no one to help me. We finally get it paid 2 days later. Do not hear about installing the flooring. Call and they say I should hear in 2 days. They FINALLY call. We can install on the 16th. Today is the 1st. I have to wait another 16 days AFTER I have already waited a week and a half since ordering the carpet. I call Home Depot again and say she said it would be installed by the 10th (my parents are coming into town) and she continues to tell me that no they have no control over outside companies schedule. For the WHOLE area of cherry hill they only work with one company to install. We out in our order for carpets July 22nd the second day after we had moved to the area. And with Home Depot we wont get it installed till August 16th. HORRIBLE! Im beyond disappointed I cannot enjoy my new home because of the incompetence of this place.

Buying an Andersen slider is like putting a man on the moon. Very complicated. Paid in total close to $4000 for a 400 series. Overall door itself is pretty good but still needs to be finished and exterior trim is really cheap. Acknowledge this is partly my fault but wish the options were better explained. Installation does state "all debris" removed from site, but I guess the old doors not considered "debris". Had to lug them to curb myself (and of course trashmen broke them so had to pick up all the glass). Not huge deals in all but again paying that amount of money for a slider I expect everything to be done for me.

Hey, they have things for sale to help fix up your home! This particular location moved a few years ago from the shopping center next door. You can order things online and pick them up at customer service just inside the entrance. I get my paint there, sometimes lightbulbs. Replaced my bathroom toilet and vanity. Very helpful customer service! Had wood cut for a garden bed frame. The awesome guy basically designed it for me and labeled the pieces so Id know how to puzzle them together. Theyll take big items and put it in your car for you. Nice guys :)

Great selection and friendly staff but I hate the soliciting. Theres always someone trying to sell something as soon as you walk in ... one time I fell for the water test, they call you and set up an appointment and the guy shows up outside of the scheduled window and tries to scare you into this multi-million dollar product. The reps at the store are different then the person coming out to your home, usually not overelly pushy, but unless I stop by your table and ask questions then Im not intrested.

Rude rude employee omost attacked me when I was picking something off the shelf screaming like the world was about to end because I took one step into a the orange fence when she was all the way at the other end of the Home Depot like 30 feet from me she we taking forever to do some simple task and we all dont have 30 mins to watch very very upsetting she could have just been calm about it but just flew off the handle screaming...

Very disappointed I went to buy a wand for the power washer I had two floor associated helping and neither one had I clue what I was look for. I went to the customer service desk she went and turn the monitor towards me that way I can look it up myself she walked away.

Purchased three items, was overcharged on two of them. You should write down shelf price because these people are bad at correct pricing. They acted like they were doing me a favor by "correcting" the prices at checkout. I should turn them into the State for gouging.

I online ordered 50 bags of mulch (each one 50lb) for my garden. They delivered very quickly (4 business day!). It was great and awesome service by them.Very nice people! Now, looking to get pebble stone to placed around bushes and other trees.Lets visit on weekend!
