I want there to rent a rooter and got one which the snake cable is interwined causing a loop to swing out of the cage. Which became hazardous to use so i return it not getting the job done and rent another one the next day which they have the nerves to giving me the same machine again. So this time i complain and the assistant manager Bill gave me a argument which one of a incompetent worker gave him an excuse to go on which is operator error and charge me 2 rental and a deposit as well which a rooter machine for the sewer has a knob and holster in the cage that prevents an interwined cage in the cage. Robing costumers in money and a total denial ass man. Whose home depot ever and woild try lowes next time.

Ive been to many different home.depot lately because Ive been doing a lot of home renovations however this is the worst run Home Depot Ive been to. I had to get something done in the lumbar area theres one guy working who could not help me because he basically did not want to help me. I had to do a change of something which the return areas just blocked off so you cant even walk around. This is not to reflect Home Depot as an overall company but this specific location is just poorly managed in my opinion.

This store has no respect for Military Service Persons. They run you around and even one Home Depot cashier asked me to show my injury so I could get a 10% off. Theres a certain young lady who told me she was in the Army before then laughed at my Brother and I who are Navy and said she was not and refused to honor us. We left all the Materials at the check out and will never come back to the Willow Grove Home Deport store.

I cant imagine I can add much to your own experiences with big box hardware chains. The Home Depot in Willow Grove PA is large with more than ample parking and a helpful staff. They have a well stocked outdoor garden center as well as a good assortment of appliance brands. Although I live closer to another Home Depot in Philadelphia, I find the Willow Grove location considerably better on all levels.

I delivered sheet rock ( drywall) last night I enjoyed the experience of getting unloaded by young man who is very professional and hard worker,a breath of fresh air, on the other hand I had the most hard time dealing with the night assistant manager (black man with beard/wear army como) very ignorant, unhelpful, and disrespectful

It was wonderful to walk in and someone say to you can i help you! THERE WAS SOMEONE WHO ASKED ME THAT I KNEW HIS NAME IS TOM. HE KNEW ME WHEN I WAS WORKING AT MARTINS AQUARIUM HE WAS VERY HELPFUL. MUCH BETTER THAN LOWES. LOVE GOING TO HOME DEPOT WILLOW GROVE GO AND ASK FOR TOM FOR ALL YOUR NEEDS.

Went in to get keys cut, waited by the key machine for a few minutes as employees walked by me. Went and found someone and asked if there was anyone that could assist us, waited another 15 minutes without being approached or addressed by any employees. Another reason Ill only be going to Lowes.

Manager in the tool rental department was just that.... A tool. Smart ass kid who didnt feel like doing his job and give me a quote for a tool rental. Its ok because there is another tool rental place down the street that I will use now and recommend to others.

Rude customer service. Online orders never get ready for the pickup unless you go there and wait hours. I placed an online order around 11 am and called at 5 pm and the order was still not ready. Better go find whatever you need and do self checkout.

Was ready to end my relationship with my $200 per month storage unit, and needed a truck to haul my stuff home. We rented a Ryder truck here, and it was barely used. Very shiny, very clean. Service was friendly, professional and efficient. A+++

PVC pipe selection is 2nd to none. I am a plumber and I have bee in the car madness. These pipes solve my copper up the wall hemorrhoids. Scale of 1-10, Id say the excellence of this store is a finee 10 star hotel. Proud to be a HD 1080p

This store is nice! People who work here are VERY friendly and helpful. Stock is in order and well plenished. What a difference the branch store of Home Depot makes. This is not the closest store but worth the extra drive.
