I often shop in this store and it is usually a very good experience. This time, I looked online and it said that they had 3 of the fans I wanted. I know it is out of season for this type of fan so I made sure to check before driving there. There were 3 in stock but when I went to the counter to ask where to find them the lady looked them up and said they might have them but they might be in back. TOld me a general direction to look in and to ask someone over there. (!) I did as directed and asked another 2 employees who were chatting with each other to have one say they were out of season and I could not get them and the other said to go look in another area. I tried to tell them they would probably be in the back (I worked at HD a year ago) but no one would check to see. I am so disappointed and now our shop has to wait for them to be delivered.

I go to almost every Home Depot in the state for my job. Usually their shelves are well-stocked items are easy to find and most of the time there is help available. Not at this store. I look for 3 different items 3 different items are out of stock. Empty boxes on the shelves the plumbing aisle is a complete mess. They have plenty of Overstock on top but the shelves are bare. Very very poorly run

I guess the people in the orange smocks dont work there because you ask them to help you they stare at you and walk right by. So I went to customer service to ask for someone to help me, put in line, and the girl a customer service took the first guy that walked up to her and asked to check out. the most disorganized poorly run store Ive ever seen from a national chain.

Dirty and now well lit. Staff spends more time hitting on other staff, customers also BSing with staff and then they ignor customers. Very few know what is in the store and where to find it. Not well trained, compare to lowes, like a dirty pebble to a diamond. Will not go there ever again.

Smaller HD intended to service the types of homes youre likely to see in the Ewing/Trenton area: older houses with limited lot sizes and a high number of rentals. Dont expect a comprehensive selection of high end merchandise, or large lawn equipment (I.E. nothing larger than a push mower).

save yourself the torture and dont go to this place. Why did they make us stand around for 30 mins for someone to talk to and why does it feel like its everyones first day working here? Terribly managed place overall, dont go here if youre trying to be productive with your time

Usually the employees dont know what they even have in store. The only helpful people Ive ran into here have been in the paint department. Everyone else is pretty much clueless. Only go if you know exactly what you need and where it is. Otherwise youre on your own.

The parking lot is a zoo. Very difficult trying to get inside as there are dozens trucks all parked in the fire zones in front of entry ways. Once youve navigated past the maze of cars inside you will find store is well stocked and friendly service.

Although the layout of the store is intimidating and confusing, the staff seemed pretty eager to help out when asked questions. If they didnt know the answer, they admitted it and helped to find someone who could assist.

This is the worst depot u can go to. The worker dont know nothing. If u r a contractor then its ok because you know what u going there for. If you are a home owner and need help then your sh&@ out of luck

Nice big store, good selection of tools, and staff is helpful and friendly. Return policy is great as well. Theyve largely transitioned to emphasizing self-checkout, so not many cashiers, but not too bad.
