Busy Black Friday weekend, drove 45 min to shop here. Manager Jessica Clark had me in tears because she made me wait for all the Black Friday returns to be sorted out and censured before she would allow me to complete my transaction. She kept stating policy and when I called Nordstrom, they said she CAN accommodate my request but chose to ruin my experience instead. And yes I sat and waited for my item to be put back, censored and returned to the floor.

You can find name brands here for discounted prices. There are a wide variety of clothes and styles to choose from. Sometimes the selections can stink, but other times there are great finds. If you dont like what you see one time, come back in a couple of weeks and there will be an entirely new line of items for sale, which makes this place really great. Its kind of like Marshalls and TJMaxx, but a tad more expensive.

Staff were great and let me stay late to try on the dresses I had in my fitting room. I had a wedding to go to within days and was desperate for a dress. The selection was ok, but not a single one of the 11 dresses I picked fit. Which was odd because the next day at another Nordstrom Rack I found 10 within minutes that fit like a glove.

The need to rotate the old stuff more often. the prices arent that much of a savings. basically the are sale prices but no serious discounts. For me its a one stop shop. If im going out that evening I can swing by there get a decent outfit and some shoes all in one place. I wish they had more mens accessories.
