Very annoyed with the follow through on a problem. I have been dealing with this problem for over a month now. First issue: this girl ordered me the mens shoe version of the Nike shoes. Second issue: the shoes were a gift but she charged my card and returned the item to the gift givers card. Third issue: not their fault that ups was robbed but it is their fault on how poorly and slowly the issue is being resolved. Fourth issue: I have called multiple times and get the run around from the shoe manager and no resolution. I am tired of calling to fix this issue. Working at Nordstrom in the past, I know that issues are resolved more diligently than mine has been. Hopefully something will change soon because I am tired of waiting for a return on an item I NEVER received but paid for since it was a charge send!

This store gives the Nordstrom name a bad rep. The staff gives off a total pretentious vibe and offers no customer service. Five times Ive been in and not once offered assistance. Well to be fair, one guy did push his card to me to promote the upcoming annual sale but offered no help. As a result I now either take my business online or go through my stylist Lee in Charlotte.

The shoe selection in store is very disappointing compared to whats online. Also, the variety of clothes seemed to be lacking at the time we went (May 2017). Maybe it will get better as the seasons change.
