I was looking for a particular item in the health and beauty section. I couldnt kind it and it took me 15 minutes to find some one to help. The person who came to help couldnt or didnt know where the item was or if the store still carried it. But what was really ignorant was the associate said she would find someone to help but never returned nor did anyone show up to help. What happened to good customer service. Especially at the customer service area, they are talking, laughing and joking while your waiting for service until they finish their conversation. Where is the leadership? Management, there is never anyone in management around when you need one, and when one was called I waited 15 minutes and no one showed and I left. It seems there is no one associates or management answer to so everyone does what they want. Customer service training is needed !!! Its needed for both associates and management. And please get people in the customer service department who want to provide "Good Customer Service" instead of entertaining each other and making customers wait. Food for Thought: If not for communitys patronage of the store, associates and managers would be out of a job!!!!!

Terrible!!!! Besides them having terrible service inside the store and the longest lines known to man, they have even worse customer service over the phone (I k know, thats hard to believe right?). I called to ask for an item and what I think the woman said was they only sold it online but she was mumbling and there was so much noise in the backround. So since I couldnt really understand what the hell she said I went to ask again but she had hung up on me, like a real lady right? Moral of this review is that the store blows and it sucks because I love Walmart in general and unfortunately this is the only one in the area so sometimes I have no choice but to go there and I cringe everytime I think about going. Youd think by now they would shape up, I dont know what its gonna take or how many bad reviews they need before someone does something. Good luck to all who enters/calls this circus of a store, best belive your gonna need it!!!! Sincerely, Concerned/annoyed/aggravated neighbor

Do not live in Philadelphia, Placed order online few hours later got email saying the order was cancelled from different location (Wyncote,Pa) did not have the bike in stock. I called 8 different times Dec. 11th, and 3 times Dec 12th at this location just to see if they have a girls bike in stock. I never received an answer they take forever and a day to answer the phone last night I was told they did not have a phone in toys/bike dept. I was placed on hold hearing dead air after 5min 47secs I hung up and called back they picked up the phone and hung it back up. I still did not get my answer. I called today and surprisingly they have a phone in that dept., and no one picked up! I know this is the holiday season, but this is NO excuse to be so RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL! THIS NEEDS TO BE REPORTED TO CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS! This location NEEDS a NEW staff. Is this what customer service is all about; I dont think so. This was a HORRIBLE experience! I still have to get that bike for my niece for Christmas!

I went shopping at Walmart on Columbus Boulevard for a few quick items. My children and me were shopping in the windshield wiper section, trying to pick out the right size wipers, one of the workers walked by made a total u-turn back where we were shopping as if he were working. He appeared to watch us shopping or better yet, to make sure we weren`t shoplifting. I felt soo INSULTED. Then a few seconds after, another worker stood BEHIND us VERY IGNORANTLY watched us. She threw her nametag behind her so we wouldnt know that she worked there. Her name is Natasha, oh we did read it because I WILL BE reporting these two VERY IGNORANT WORKERS. I work for the city and can report them and find out their information. SO PLEASE DO NOT EVER MAKE THE CUSTOMERS UNCOMFORTABLE because it can cost you your job.

Stop whining and complaining people. Yeah, sometimes the line wait is near an eternity. But thats kind of the trade-off one pays for the prices. More cashiers, higher prices. And Ive personally found the staff over the years (going on darned near 20) to most times be polite and genial, ... that is if you are too. When one walks in the door with a bad attitude, and takes it out on the cashier because theyre the only representative of a faceless corporation you can find ... . Well, sometimes human nature (as unprofessional as it may be) gives it right back to you. Put on your headphones, listen to some music, meditate, read a magazine at the checkout counter or whatever. But chill. Deal with it. Its life in the big city folks. Its the real world. This Wal-Mart aint all that bad.

This morning as I was getting ready to check out, I overheard an employee call a customer a stupid b****. I thought I was hearing things until the customer addressed the employee by asking her what did she just say. The employee then responded "you heard me b****". It took me by surprise because I couldnt believe that an Employee would address a customer in such manner. The customer then begin to look for a manager. I felt so bad because multiple Wal-Mart employees started to gather around laughing instead of trying to help the customer. I was really bothered by the situation so I decided to leave all my items in the cart and just leave. I been shopping here for years and never in my life experienced something so horrific. Terrible customer service and I will not be returning.

Trying to return a shirt stood there for about 10 minutes while they stood around chatting and talking then one of the workers comes from hind the counter and wants to exchange something before the customer could do it and then after that the person behind the counter one of the rush me a long as I was having problem having problem signing out on that keypad told me Im holding up a Groove and she wanted to get out of here I still bought something anyway from the store water telephone and some other things but I think they should be a little more courtesy and stop chatting around when customers want to go home then go shopping thank you for your time patience if someone needs to call talk to me my number is 215-6 51 5116 I rate this door 2

Там дешево, но все продукты ГМО. Так и написано: genetically engineered. Not very good for our health. И еще для русских: здесь нет нормального творога и круп совсем. Да, и цены на сайте меньше, чем в магазине. Не знаю, почему. Это еще до налогов. 4 из 5, потому что очень дешевая еда по сравнению с Target или Walgreens.

This Walmart is horrible. The customer service needs improvement badly. Johnathan was the only helpful employee in the store. We came in looking for a toddler table and chair set. We were told to look in three different locations by different employees and while approaching the employees thy all acted as if they were too busy to help assist us. One woman was on the radio and instead of asking me to hold on she started at me and every time I began to speak she got on the radio. Jonathan was very helpful. If it wasnt for him we would have been walk in around the store in circles. This is one reason why I dont shop at Walmarts in the city.
