very poor customer service. I was told to wait for a call to pick up my purchase on a friday. I never got a call. I contacted merchandise pickup the next day and I was first placed on hold for a couple of minutes. an employee picked up and said " what do you want?" I told them about pickup. and she said " I dont know anything about that" then shouted for someone to handle it. i was placed on hold..... 5 minutes later someone hung up on me, so I called again but no one answer. after about 4 calls, some one finally picked up, the employee was rude. I was calm because I dont want to cause trouble. I provided my phone but was asked to hold again... 19 mins later some one picked up again and asked what I wanted. again I provided my number and was asked to hold again... I couldnt take it. either you keep calling them or drive there to find out about your pickup.

Absolutely horrible service. Purchased a lawn tractor and went to pick it up a few days later. Was informed that there were no keys, instruction manual, NOTHING. Just the tractor itself. The employee at the pick up center told me to ask another employee in the store. Extremely horrible! Then I was later informed that the keys will be shipped to me in 4-5 days. Its now been over a week and still did receive the keys. How will I use my lawn tractor without keys! Horrible place, do not recommend going.

I went to buy a stove that cost about $1000 on a Thurs. night and the salesman told me that they are having a sale on the stove I wanted and it started on the the following Saturday. He only asked that when I come back tell whoever I buy it from that he helped me out. He saved me $200 buck so I returned the favor. He also talked me out of nuy something more expensive than I bought. He explained that it was not worth the money.

The worse ever for one thing they never pick up the phone EVER. The machine says leave a message. Like who those that in a major department store. Then the people they have answering the phones some are nice some are not. This is why I deal with the one in neshaminy mall. No hastles. They are very nice. Dont come here unless your from the hood and will like to be treated like one..Then by all me go.. Im sorry Iam NOT.

This is a horrible place to do business. We scheduled as service request for a dryer that was purchased from here. The technician never showed up, but documented in their system that they were here, but they never came. We were at home with the front door open, and they never showed!

Their tool and hardware section is sparse and lackluster. Clothing for men, women, juniors and kids is plentiful and often has many racks on clearance. Shoe and jewelry department are also very limited. I mostly shop online and use that store as my pickup location.

Absolutely awful service everytime I am here. I have been refused service because it was near closing time, refused a return just cause and pretty much just ignorant employees and management. I will not be shopping at sears again. Especially not this location.

Good prices and I love that I can do layaways online or in store. However some things are overpriced. I like the relationship they have with kmart since I can shop for an item online and it covers both stores.
