Waited in line for 20 minutes behind a person trying to do something with 4 sets of sheets. Woman called the lazy management many time, which didnt show up. She called on other lazy salesman to ring me up but they had to "go over here". Want to know what they were doing on my way out? Roaming the store doing jack. All the while a second register sat RIGHT THERE that she could ring me up on, but nooooooooooooooo. I shouted I will be going to Amazon on my way out, and I will be. F you sears, thank you for exemplifying all the traits that people bring up when they say retail is dead. You deserve the inevitable bankruptcy for hiring lazy ass employees, lazy ass managers, and replacing quality products with cheap ass grarbage. First time in my life I wanted to give something negative stars. Avoid this store like the plague. If you want to see employees try their very hardest to do nothing, shop here.

I went into auto center at 9:00 on 12/22/16. A tire was replaced. At approximately 1:30pm the air had came out of the tire. I called the auto center and was told to put air in tire. When I got off work around 10:30 the tire was flat again. I sat in my car from 10:30pm-4:00am. I had to pay to have my car towed. Now Im going to miss work because no one wants to take responsibility for my tire not being put on properly.

Sears is now only on the first floor and offers what a Sears hardware would offer. Part of the second floor is now a Lands End and the remaining part of the old Sears will become a Primark sometime in 2016. Much smaller selection than they used to offer.

Sears has sales but you can usually get better deals at the huge chain whose name starts with a "W". And forget buying from Sears on the Internet. Their prices are high and their service terrible!

The worst experience of my life had to go back several times because the lab or the doctor screwed up and they where blaming me and making me the bad person and that was just to get my money back
